5 star customer service. This is my 2nd vehicle getting with Ideal. Both times I delt with Josh and he has been amazing. Very caring friendly honest and does his best to help and get customers what they want. I definitely recommend ideal and him specifically.

Do not recommend you go here. Just got the car less than two months and I’ve been in the shop twice on top of now the so called warranty they give you doesn’t cover nothing. Just don’t waste your time and take your money somewhere that will help you stay on the road. This is by far the worst decision and experience I’ve had dealing with a car lot. The service department is not even ran in town you have to call over to Decatur service all over bad if I could give a negative five I would… worst decision ever they only car about money

Best car financing experience ever. Josh wicker was extremely nice and really did everything he could to make sure I drove off the lot in the vehicle I wanted. My heart was set on a Jeep grand Cherokee and he made it happen. His customer service was well above standards and just for that I will recommend him to anyone! He said “ I get it, life happens “ and that will always stick with me. Great job Josh!!

Every financial account should be DECLINED access by default when any greedy company tries multiple withdrawals and withdrawal amounts before banks open or customers have time to receive payday direct deposits or transfer money without interrupting them at work from making the money you'll be seeking in the future.
Your payment system is pure evil but you know that as well as you'll get your payment soon from me so no need to harass any hard working customer "weekly" but more importantly to your livelihood is no way there's a future for this company being this unprofessional and inhumane towards it's customers...but don't mind me fear God. Now I have life-threatening work to go get back to so this is me contacting you with my review which has also been requested numerous times.
Also you gave a 24 day "we owe you" service appointment wait to a new customer but still requested first payment on that same vehicle less than 7 days later. My business practice review is so horrible here I wouldn't refer anyone but Satan since he'd be buying from his own kind!!! All in all, your business should be DECLINED 99.9% of the time TODAY and everyday!!! ?

I highly recommend buying your vehicle here at The Springfield branch. Josh was awesome to deal with and was very respectful and understanding with what I was looking for, wanted, and could afford. I love my new vehicle and I know my kids will too, thanks Josh and the team for helping me get into a newer and very reliable vehicle for myself and my kids.
