so... called Id signs 1 MONTH ago for a quote for a new sign at a commercial office on the west side. They came out ,took photos, measurements, and we discussed what I wanted, all good so far. Being this was during the holiday season they told me it would be a couple of weeks- no problem. Now a month + has gone by... no call, nothing. I have now called then 3 times without so much as a return call. Great way to run a business guys. Guess Ill go to your competitors..
