I thought all was in order for our HyVee catered wedding this last Sat. We obviously paid for everything in advance. We only received ONE of our 2 entrée package that we paid for, NO serving utensils, & not nearly enough mac n cheese for the agreed upon number of guests (even less people showed than expected). We ran out of the mac n cheese & chicken, so some people only had salad, greens beans, & rolls!! This was VERY frustrating to have to stress about ON OUR WEDDING DAY!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!!

Large store with a great variety of produce, cheeses, meats, and bakery items. Great liquor department. HyVee Perks rewards helps with the price of gas.

I mostly go to the gas station but they are both excellent. I love the breakfast sandwiches from the gas station they are the best you can ask for from a station and ready to go perfect for my blue collar brother.

Saturday of Memorial day weekend, 3 lanes with an actual person open, lines down the isles. Self check out is the next best option, but not if you have alcohol. The attendant explained it will be a minute because they only have 1 of age person working and they have the whole front end to attend to. Mind you it's 3 actual checkout lanes and the self checkout. Waited 5 minutes and then asked the attendant to remove the alcohol and went to purchase elsewhere. This is an everyday occurrence. I give up!

Decent selection. Prices are absolutely insane tho, for the love of god use the self checkout and pay attention to what you’re scanning there are some absurd prices in that store and I hate to admit that it took me months to realize it. There is no universe where paying 8$ for 3 apples is okay

This is our number one grocery store, even though it’s out of our way. Great variety of foods available. Friendly employees, always willing to help, whether it’s to get something down from a top shelf, or taking me to an item that I haven’t been able to find. I am especially grateful for the pharmacy. Staff clearly know their job well and provide great customer service. All questions are dealt with patience. Love this store!❤️

Everything is clean and employees are great. The reason I put a 4 is when I'm doing instacart they're not stocked well on some items. Also some employees in the meat deli are rude especially the old man and my husband and I do not like the way he treats customers and if we ask him for help find something he refuses. Please understand instacart scores go down if we cannot get items the customers order and that's not fair to the shoppers.

Always a line and never have enough lanes open. There is no need if it’s busy and there is a line to have 3 self-checkout lanes open.
