I usually don’t have a bad experience with this store but I was a bit annoyed and confused by the exchange policy. I had gotten a dress for my birthday that I planned to wear to a work event that was a month away. But when the day came I realized that I couldn’t fit the dress. So i put it back in the bag and left the receipt with it. I’m usually aware that some stores don’t accept refunds up to a certain time but I wasn’t wanting a refund I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size! I remember coming to the store on a whim one day but didn’t have the dress to exchange it, I asked the employee that was working at the counter “how long do I have to exchange a dress” HE SPECIFICALLY SAID “There’s no time frame for an exchange, just make sure you have the receipt” I said okay. I even went as far as calling customer service for clarity to make sure what he told me was correct and they said that it was true, I didn’t need the original tag & that I just needed the receipt in which I had. I drove all the way back across town just to return the item then the “manager” with her attitude told me that I couldn’t. I get her frustration I guess but imagine how frustrated I was because I double checked before even driving back. Maybe they should make sure everyone in the store know the policy so that customers aren’t wasting their time driving across town to return something that can’t be returned.

Very expensive store. However, they have the largest selection of nice looking plus size swim suits for women that I have ever seen.

This place is awesome everytime I go to the mall I hit this place. They constantly get new outfits and they are always on point with the current trends. Best of all though they are very very reasonable on prices. The staff is amazing and they truly want to help.

I have shopped at both H & M in Springfield and Champagne. Staff is not friendly and when I asked if they could help find a item my granddaughter was wanting for Christmas , both places said if we had them they would be in the middle room. I felt like I had bothered them by asking for help. Will not be going back. This type of customer service might be the reason some H & M's are closing.
