I shopped with Erica and she was very nice and welcoming! She helped me decide what fits me and what was within my budget. It was a breeze and helped me knock out a lot of options to get me with what I wanted. she pierced my ears and did an amazing job! 10/10 recommend

My man got my promise ring here and the staff was great! I didn’t have the time to size my ring when we were there and we travel so i needed something for the time being. Erica was amazing in giving me options and we went with the temporary spacer that is hidden under the finger and can be adjusted on my own which i love for when my finger swells from heat.

I broke my two gold chains and an rope bracelet that needed to be repaired. After getting the pricing for the repairs at different stores I went into Helzberg at White Oaks mall. Katie was very helpful and pleasant, she was very knowledgeable about my pieces and helped me promptly. Katie even cleaned my jewelry I had on. The customer service and pricing were obvious that I should go with Helzberg Diamonds for my repairs. They came back on the date promised looking better than ever.

Great experience buying a ring. Had gone to 3 other jewelers in the mall before we went to Helzberg, but found the staff too pushy. Erica at Helzberg managed to be both helpful and not pushy, making the whole process so much more fun. Thanks Erica!
