As soon as I walked in someone asked me what I needed. They knew exactly where it was and walked me to it. Not every hardware store has that kind of service. Their website seems accurate, regarding in store availability.

Having a 30-40% sale today. I was looking for fireplace tools (ash shovel), and they didn't have it, but they had a lot of other good deals there.

This is more of a corporate issue. Do away with the membership and just offer savings through coupons like you used to do. Very misleading when you see a price on something only to discover that's only for members.
