Great except for one guy who is rude and annoying...just avoid his register and all is well...the one guy is still there but everything and everyone else is great

All store associates know where the items are located. They are friendly and helpful and they all seem to be a cohesive team.

As soon as I walked in someone asked me what I needed. They knew exactly where it was and walked me to it. Not every hardware store has that kind of service. Their website seems accurate, regarding in store availability.
