Extremely rude front desk. My family has been members for 20+ years. However, I moved to Texas and am not active. Refused to offer any guest pass or day pass to use the facility while visiting over the holidays. Apparently it is “so busy” but the parking lot is empty.

I can't bring myself to give fewer than 3 stars because the reviews are already skewed due to people who bizarrely spend their free time hating anybody who isn't just like them, but but I'm SO frustrated by the website for this place. It's 2023. You need to pony up for a professional to build your website. This would be bad by the standards of my high school web design club back in 2001, it's simply unacceptable in 2023. It is so bloated and difficult to navigate, there seem to be multiple logins within one website. There are unnecessary design choices that look bad on both mobile and PC. There is no password reset feature and the find login feature is broken. I have scheduled classes on the site previously and now I can't even find the correct page to actually sign up for the next class. The facility itself is great, staff has been great, no problems whatsoever, but this website makes me want to scream and pull my hair out.

We use the Y for Soccer and Soccer only.Frankly, we are incredibly disappointed.Fields are in horrible condition, and they haven't been maintaining the fields. Holes everywhere where kids are falling down and getting hurt.Parking: not entirely sure how they didn't anticipate the need as the parking lots at the college were always full. There are a few times they haven't scheduled games due to swim meets. Due to parking. Not to mention Playerspace, which is garbage and a half.If Kerasotes doesn't do something fast, they are going to lose their program to SASA, whom is expanding wildly.I'll say this; don't sign your kid up with the Y, sign up with SASA.Fields are in better condition, and the resources are so much better.

Lots of different aquatic and group classes (from yoga to zumba), great resistance area in pool, and lots of swim classes.

Where's the safe space for women??? SHAME ON YOU! I don't know where the Kerasotes family is now, but they should be ashamed as well.

Not a safe place to take your children, adolescent females to be specific. This establishment allows men to change in the same locker rooms as little girls. When you or your child dares to speak out about being uncomfortable being put in that situation, you will be banned from the YMCA for discrimination and “hate speech”. Just disgusting.

Great place to get a fungal infection / rash that cost me around 1300.00 to treat over the span of 3 months from visiting the men's wet sauna. That and the limited hours do to swim meets and other events. Staff is mainly 16 year olds who are clueless. The Y has become a complete waste of time and money and prompted not only myself but friends and family to exercise at home. It's basically a great way to pay for inconvenience and all the while pick up a infection in the unsanitary locker room. Canceled our membeship and they slapped us with an extra two months of fees it was awesome ?

Please consider the following two suggestions to make youth access to our YMCA more affordable and improve communications. The one-day visitor pass of $25 is excessive for most youths especially considering that a visitor 24 years of age or older can use the YMCA for a day for $15. I invited my 16-year-old grandson to come to the Kerasotes YMCA and had to pay $25 to bring him in as my guest for a day. When I inquired if that was the best rate it was explained that if he was 24 years of age or older, he could come in for $15. The person explaining the differences in the age and the pricing seemed to acknowledge that it is confusing and said the fee structure changed during the pandemic. I asked the YMCA if they would reconsider their youth pricing over a month ago on the YMCA website and via email and am unaware of any acknowledgment or reply to date. It is important that our YMCA is accessible to area youths and that YMCA leadership is responsive and follows up with members on suggestions to improve our YMCA.

People are somehow hating on a gym? Anyways this place is the goat I personally wanted to better my self and to feel more comfortable in my body. And that’s what I did. This gym has done me good for 8 months at the state where I’m joining a buddy’s gym. To get to the point, this is a great choice for a beginner to work out at. #TalkingBen

So I cancelled my membership then reactivated it after seeing their new app. You can make pool reservations.
