Green Toyota’s service department is awful.I have a 2015 Prius and have used Green Toyota’s services on several occasions. I have always known the department to be overpriced, but have used for warranty issues, etc.My last visit, I brought in my vehicle with multiple warning lights lit. Green Toyota ran the codes and then advised that they did not have the necessary tools to investigate further. They also advised they couldn’t tell me whether my vehicle was safe to drive. They then charged me over $150 for these insights. Let me repeat: a Toyota dealer lacked the tools to service a Toyota.Took my vehicle to Crown Toyota in Decatur and they had it fixed in days for under $400.Green Toyota in Springfield is awful. Crown Toyota in Decatur is great.

Green Toyota is trash. I have a 2015 Prius and have used their services on a few occasions, and always knew they were overpriced. On my last visit, though, I brought in my vehicle with multiple warning lights lit. Green Toyota ran the codes then told me they did not have the tools to do further work. Let me repeat that: the Toyota dealership did not have tools to work on a Toyota. They then billed me over $150 for this insight.I then brought the vehicle to Crown Toyota in Decatur. They fixed in a few days for under $400.Green Toyota in Springfield is trash. Crown Toyota in Decatur is great.

Visited Green Audi because my 2020 Audi SQ5 was low on oil and the dashboard light came on and needless to say they went above and beyond to take care of me. I will start by saying I was a little lost upon arrival as I went to the Audi sign but that's just the sales department. You enter the service department through the Toyota dealership. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and met Emma. I informed her of my concern and not having an appointment and she sad no issues we'll take care of everything and invite me into the waiting room. The waiting room is large, has coffee, water, pop/soda, and popcorn. They also have desk like setups to work too. This service center is amazing and took great care of me on whelm. Definitely go here for service and work with Emma.

Green Toyota on Wabash was a great experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Devin Grable our sales representative was outstanding! Devin was so polite, professional, helpful and most of all never once pushy to land a sale. He was able to answer all questions and the transition to finance with Patrick Otto went so smoothly. Patrick Otto and Devin Grable both made this process very simple and I have to say enjoyable.

Tried calling 3 times on two different occasions - the call auto cancels. Tried emailing - no response. I also had a friend contact them and they are wanting to charge a fee if you do not trade in a vehicle. No prior encounter or experience with them either to warrant this behavior. Do not recommend any green locations

I used thier own website to value my trade in. And they still tried to give me $3000 less than what it was worth. And when I showed them the email they sent me I was hit with the response of "well that shouldn't be on the website"I was ready and able to purchase a 2022 rav4 limited hybrid. I will never go back here. The only reason they get the one star is for the decoration of the rooms.

We've purchased 3 Toyotas here in the past 10 years. The sales and service staff have always been great, and management is highly engaged and responsive. Even during the pandemic when auto stock shortages nationally have been common, Green Toyota has come through.

On 11/9/21 I purchased a used Porsche 911 from Green Toyota for $75,000 . The car was represented with a Bose stereo, touch screen and navigation, in excellent condition. During the drive home, i could not get the stereo to function properly or set any destinations into the screen . Hoping It was user error , I waited until I could look at the owner's manual . on Thursday 11/11 , I contacted my salesman and informed him car was broken . He advised me to take it to Porsche, to see what was wrong and install broken window switch which was preordered by Toyota. Porsche said radio is broken and will need replacement of $3774 plus tax. $4019.31 I was told by my salesman, to forward the estimate to the used car manager . The used car manager spoke to the general manager/ managing partner, and was told that I would receive $1000 towards the $4000 bill , leaving me with a $3000 bill to fix a car that should have been sold to me ,being able to use all the features. I did email the General manager, and he did not respond.

Horrible horrible horrible place! I bought a supposedly brand new car from them and the transmission went bad within 5 years. The worst part is they were the only ones I had been taking my car to for scheduled services and they didn't even tell me about it until I brought it up to them! I'm highly disappointed.
