My spouse and I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. From the beginning of our purchase worked with Todd Nabb in sales who answered all of our questions, and provided us a price that we believed to be very fair. After the sale kept in contact with us regarding any issues that we may have.
Set us up to meet Liz Williams at Subaru who scheduled us to go over all the vehicle options about a week after delivery. What a great idea. Thanks to both Todd and Liz for making this purchasing experience a positive one.

We went in for test drive near closing time. Even though it was late everyone who assisted us didn't rush us. Everyone was polite and worked with us on making the best deal possible. I left with a new vehicle which seems really like a nice one. That post from long time ago i recently went in to Subaru and traded a vehicle for a new Crosstrek Wilderness 7/2024 and the salesman K.C.was great he treated me as if i mattered and he was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me. I would definitely recommend you asking for him. The experience was pleasant, the car i left with is awesome. He even called next day to make sure i was still happy with my purchase.

A little early for comment as just purchased my first Suburu Outback Touring, the sales staff was as good as it gets, attitude, assistance, patience..
So far the post purchase assistance one step above perfect.. A little assistance in the service again so far the best..
As to the Suburu five star, quality is awesome.

Employees were helpful. I was talked into leasing my vehicle.
I had difficulty contacting with the finance person Luke. He did not return my phone calls and there was plenty of opportunity for him to reach me.
Ezella was my salesperson. She was knowledgeable. She assisted me to link my phone to the car but when we were linking my phone she automatically accepted the Sirius App and I had no intention to have Sirius. That part I did not appreciate.
The two finance men gave me different rates to pay for mileage at the end of the 3 years. One was 15 cents,
the other 20 cents. Again, not appreciated.

Green Subaru is a wonderful place to buy a car. The salesstaff are friendly and don't use any pressure tactics to rush your decision. They are also very knowledgeable about their cars. Modern cars with their computerized features can be daunting but the sales staff go through each feature and Subaru has other resources (videos, etc) to help you. We would definitely shop here again.
