I had a wonderful experience having my subaru 6,000 check. I hung out in the lounge enjoying complementary coffee, some books and tv. They check over my car and gave it a free wash. The guys were friendly and I look forward to my next visit!!

Every time I take my Suber in for a check up and service, Cody and everyone are always so kind and helpful. As I wrote on my earlier service, Cody goes out of his way to help me with anything. I would highly recommend a Suberu as their next car. ???

As I was traveling to Indiana from Nebraska, my check engine light came on so I dropped into your shop the following morning. I showed up a little too early for assistance with such an analysis, but Cody treated me like a long time customer even though I was complicating his morning schedule. Thank you, Cody, for your assistance in analyzing the problem with my Subaru Outback!
Also, the waiting area was very clean, and everyone at Green's Subaru was very friendly and efficient. If I lived in Springfield, I would use them for service and car purchases.

They immediately got me in for an oil change and rotation while the shop was super busy. Excellent customer service and even had me out the door 40 minutes earlier than originally expected. An outstanding experience!

All details were explained to me throughout the visit and at checkout. The tech replaced a broken lug nut at no charge and car was cleaning idea and out.

Always get excellent service at Green Subaru. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, work is done in a timely manner and communication on progress is very good. Usually deal with Austin and he is A+.
