Place is full of liars and scammers. Was sold a vehicle for Lifetime Engine/Transmission warranty and when engine seized after 2 years of ownership they refuse to fix it under their own warranty. Was told by salesman as long as I have vehicle maintained and keep records then it would be 100% parts and labor covered. They ended up keeping car over 2 weeks , while not answering or getting back to me for days about update on vehicle status or anything. This business will never get another dime from me and I'm making it my point to start telling everybody the screwjob they do to their customers. This business doesn't care about its customers only money.

These guys are known for their gaslighting skills.
Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Found out they didn't rotate my tires, even though they charged me for it and kept me another hour waiting for something that didn't even happen. I know they didn't do it because I have a front right tire that always goes low when it's cold, so when I got them rotated, it should have become a back tire. Well it got cold and the SAME tire in the SAME spot got low, letting me know they didn't rotate my tires. I confronted them and they tried to make it seem like I don't know how to check my tire pressure (I'm not incompetent, thanks).
Then my friend called to ONLY get break pads, and in that time they, without letting him know, put on rotator cuffs, adding on another $400+ that he didn't prepare for. When I confronted them, they said that they told him, when they did NOT. He also didn't request the extra parts. This place is full of dirty liars, don't waste your time or money here.

Awesome experience. I could not have asked for customer service oriented team. Finance, Sales, and Operations were the best that I have ever experienced in buying a car or any other big ticket item. They rocked!

I would like to thank and absolutely recommend Ryan Steffens at Green on Dirksen. I was looking to purchase a new Palisade and happened to see a new one on their lot. Prior to driving by I had called the new car Green Hyundai. I asked the salesperson I spoke to "John" about a possibility of changing out the black trim on the limited so that it matched the paint color (Hyper white). He made it clear he had no intention of finding out if that was a possibility or not. He stated it would be a "a lot of digging ". Well....have a good day, John.
Back to Ryan at the used dealership. FYI The salespeople at the used dealership can help with buying a new vehicle, I wasn't sure of that. I presented the same question and he was more than willing to find the answer. Ryan was very friendly, not pushy and didn't talk to me like I had no idea of what I was doing and it would be better to talk to a male.
So...thank you Ryan for your help, I very much appreciate you and to those looking to purchase, new or used, he is your guy!!
