It was my 1st visit. I live in Washington but started working in Springfield recently so I decided to use Green and I am so happy with the service and everyone I met during my time there. They were quick but they did it correctly!

They replaced a panel on the front of my rogue and the part, and paint job were both quoted more than they actually cost so i saved quite a bit of money. Great work by Nissan!

Oh the joke this dealership is...Came in normally one day after my car got totaled out, so I decided to go to green Nissan made them aware I was a college student and they said okay, I told them the credit part would be hard, so I said I got 5k down then finance manager came and said your with CEFCU and I said thank you and shook his hand. So from Starting off from we will get you approved to me getting approved, then asked for money down... got the money down, signed for a car that Green Nissan sold the next day, I worked with Jason which is an absolute joke and Peyton which is a bigger joke... the disrespect that they will bring apon you it just makes u want to leave. BBB is notified hope Green Nissan steps it up.

I made it clear to the representative that I could not afford to fix everything wrong with it and to please indicate which repairs were absolutely essential. She proceeded to exaggerate every issue with my car and attempted to sell me on huge expensive repairs that were not absolutely essential. I will not be coming here again, as I appreciate honesty and respect. I don’t know what kind of customers you usually have here, but that kind of money hungry attitude is obvious and not realistic for a huge part of the population. Please note that the representative was just doing her job, it is the dealership management that pushes this agenda onto its employees. I will be telling all of my clients I work with to not go here.

Everything was EXCELLENT!! Excellent customer service. Prompt repairs , on time appointments!! Everything was GREAT. 9.5/10Two recommendations- double check finished work before releasing vehicle to customer , and wear gloves and shoe coverings when inside customers vehicles . Dirty , oily hand marks on interior isn’t good. And do a walkthrough of completed work before releasing back to customer. Something may have been left unattached …

Amazing dealership with incredible staff! They made the process of trading in my car that I have had for 8 years such an easy process and gave me a great trade-in value on it. When looking at the Nissan Kicks, they answered all of our questions and let myself and my husband take turns test driving it (we had our 1.5 year old son with us at the time). They were so accommodating to our son and our needs. They even let me put my car seat in the new car to see how much room the backseat has. There was no pressure to buy that day and they all were so understanding and flexible with us. Best service I have ever had at a dealership. I worked primarily with Richard Finch and he was so kind and helpful during the whole process. If anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle, I will definitely point them to Green Nissan. I look forward to continue working with them to service my new Kicks.

I don't believe the air was checked, because all 4 tires have different amounts. The pounds range from 32 to 39, with each tire having and different amount. I would of thought this to be included in the 21 point inspection. ?

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation with no other present issues. Now my brakes are grinding and squeaking, the car vibrates very badly at highway speeds, my cabin air filter was crushed and the cover was left laying on my passenger floor board. I wish I could say this was the first time I’ve gotten subpar service at this location but it’s not. They mess something up about once every 3 visits which is why I only take it there for basic service, apparently they can’t even do that correctly anymore. Unfortunately there isn’t a zero star option. If there was it would be my rating. Definitely do not recommend.

Normally I don't say anything. But I guess I wasn't made clear that when you get an oil change that the fluids don't get topped off. I know they look at the fluids. I was urged to get a flush one visit but conversation about fluids being topped off was never mentioned and so I asked if I can do this on the next visit, they said yes. Fast forward The next visit I told the service ppl that something is wrong with my car it feels as of its going to shut off. Long story short they discussed my tires and air filter which I changed myself it's brand new the day before. Stating it needs some attention. I asked them what about my car wanting to shut off? They told me those are two separate departments, that I need an appointment. I asked where am I suppose to take my car if there is emergency like now. Nissan, stated that I needed an appointment. How do you make appointment for an emergency??. The next day my car shuts off. I get it towed up to Nissan and they looked at it right away. $5000 problem they found. I'm doing everything in my power to keep from breaking down and crying about this. I thought me taking my car to Nissan and getting it checked oil changed regularly would help prevent things like this. But I was wrong. Not only do I feel deafeted, but I don't feel safe in taking my vehicle there, you can't come to them when it's an emergency. What are supposed to do? If the transmission fluid was being topped off along with other fluids like the Nissan dealership in other places. Maybe my transmission could have been saved. My family is a Nissan family and we live all over the United States. They are shocked and disappointed that not all Nissans take care of their customers the same.By the way the responses to these post are automated no sincerity at all. I called the number they leave BEFORE i posted and no one was there.

Jason is award winning sales rep. He is one of the nicest and honest dealers I have ever met. Sold me a beautiful car and we set up to make a small repair to it. With in one week the part was in and the service department was considerate, encouraging, and the team has a smooth operation to meet the needs of the customers. I witnessed numerous conversations between customers and repair team. It reminded me of the waiting room for family of patience and dr. consultation. You felt seen and you feel you can trust. Green Nissan is amazing!!!

The maintenance department took my vehicle for service even though I was early. They made appropriate recommendations for other needed services without unnecessary sales pressure. They were very friendly. Jaylan was awesome in keeping me informed.
