The work was done well. When I scheduled the work, I was told it would take 1 hour, possibly a little longer but 2 hours at the most. I scheduled it at 10am so it would be done by noon and let them know person bringing it would be in waiting room. Had to wait 3.5 hours. No one updated to say it would take longer or that they would be at lunch for an hour at that time and would be longer so that was frustrating and unexpected. Communicating that to customers when scheduling and while waiting would improve services.

I bought 2 Mazda CX 90s, 1 for myself , 1 for my son. I am actually ready to buy number 3 for my Daughter-in-law. I have been looking at other dealerships. No service after the sale no answers no return calls. I even have the 100,000 mile extended warranty, I have 1500 miles on my less than 30 day old car, that has a bad tire. This tire should have been taken care of. Not I still don't have a return call or a service appointment. I am 60 year old widow with a lift limit of 30 lbs for life. Thanks for not helping me, I have money , but no time for your lack of response. It's pretty bad to spend over $110,000 cash no financing on a car that I can't get Green to help me with. Your lack of response saved me from spending another $55,000 at Green. If you can't get help or service ,my extended warranty was a waste of money. This is Illinois you must repair deffects on this new car under 30 days old. It;s a sad sad shame Walmart( the worst) could help me. Green still can;t return my call since the 24th.

Colin at green Mazda was absolutely the most helpful salesman I've ever dealt with. Over the last couple weeks I've been to numerous dealerships and I have looked at numerous cars he was the one person who actually seemed like they wanted to help. I highly recommend Colin at Green Mazda

The sales guy sucks, he tried gaslighting us with false information when we were shopping for our Mazda. Would really like to buy our car here instead of going all the way to Chicago because how awesome the service department here is. Shout out to the service supervisor Justin.

If you have money go here, otherwise you will be treated like you are beneath them. They damaged my car in the time it was with them and the person running this account will say it was a low end towing company. Austin that works in the service department deserves a raise and an awesome person. But if your car isn’t worth $80,000 I’d advise against bringing your car here.

I want to start by apologizing to Green Mazda for wasting their time on a vehicle that is less than 50k. Back on February 6, 2024, my boyfriend’s car quit working while our son was hospitalized in St. John’s. In addition to dealing with our child, we had to find someone to tow the car and let us know what was wrong. In the end, we had to have a part replaced that only a dealership would be able to deal with. The wonderful towing company - Springfield Autobody and Towing, let us know that Green Mazda was the only local place who could do the work my boyfriend’s car needed. Once the car was there, we waited and waited and waited for a call from Green Mazda. To my surprise, THEY MISPLACED THE CAR!! Had no clue what we were talking about or what was going on and it took 2 full days to get it straightened out. At that time, we were told the part would be ordered with no ETA. That’s fine. We understand that the dealership does not have control over parts being delivered. Six months later, last week, we receive a call that the car is ready. My boyfriend goes to pick it up, pays over $2500 for the work, gets home, and finds out there is a huge dent by the tire. A dent that was NOT there before. How horrible for a dealership, let alone a supposed decent human being, to hit a car and leave it. Not take the time to fix the mistake. We understand that my boyfriends 2016 vehicle isn’t nearly as important as the 100k cars you guys get rolling in there. However, it is the car he uses to get back and forth to work everyday so he can get a paycheck. And for 6 months we worked our lives around having 1 vehicle. And TRUST ME, if we could have gone to any other mechanic, we would have. I again apologize to Green Mazda for wasting your time with such a lowly vehicle. I will gladly pay hundreds of dollars if this ever happens in the future and have a car sent to a different dealership and take my business elsewhere. I also am sorry to hear that my 2500 dollar contribution wasn’t good enough for you to offer quality customer service.
And the hilarity that Green Mazda thinks this is extortion to get them to fix something. ? From what I can tell by your “average reviews,” you don’t take accountability for anything. God Bless ?

I have had different services on my Mazda throughout my ownership and Justin Holderre has always had excellent customer service as well as he goes above and beyond to satisfy and take care of customers! He is a great asset to Mazda!
