Do not go there! Worst kia shop ever! 2 months ago they changed the fuses in the car for me and guess what the whole two months my car had a problem with starting and turned off by itself on a high way! Yes on the high way it was the scariest day of my life I’m glad I am still alive. It happened more than 10 times. I told them they did nothing plus trying to charge me for that like $130. Trying to contact them but never got the response back. A day ago I went to the another mechanic shop and they told me that the kia shop in Springfield forgot to put the screw on it that’s why it very unstable when it move a little bit the car turn off. Just be careful when you go there fixing your car. Who knows what’s going to happen

Ezella was a wonderful salesperson and carefully explained all of the features included in my new Kia K5. She took time with me to make sure I understood everything thoroughly before leaving the lot. Everyone I encountered was super-friendly and helpful.

This is the second car my mother in law has purchased from Green. I myself have purchased multiple cars from Green. We live in Iowa approximately 5 hours away. Casey has been amazing and now considered a friend. I will always use Green for any auto purchases.

Excellent experience purchasing my new Kia Sportage from Green Kia. Kc was an excellent sales rep and he worked with the budget I had for purchasing the new SUV, even when the numbers were high and I was going to walk away he went back and got the payment I was looking for. There was no pressure put on me to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. Luke was great in Finance, appreciatehis knowledgeand kindness, from one Finance Manager to another. Everyone at Green Kia was a great help and I'm enjoying my new car and glad I chose to shop with Green again.

Cannot NOT recommend this dealership for service. I had an appointment today for a quick fix. Called on Saturday, spoke to Austin, he said they could help me and the job would take about 30-40 minutes. I went in today and he was not around. Instead I got some fast talker whose only job it seems is to gouge for money. I received NO greeting, actually the first thing he said to me was its $135.00 an hour and this job should take about an hour and a half to two hours. I told him I spoke to someone on Saturday and got totally different information. After trying to give me the run around about who I talked to he checked, and yes it was from that dealership. Yes I did call, but said that Austin was not there. He also would not listen to what Austin and I had discussed, he gave me information that was counter to repairs that were already done on my Kia and stated that GREEN KIA WOULD NOT HONOR THE QUOTE I was given. So obviously, this dealership will say anything to get you in the door, not listen to what a customer wants and try to upcharge as much as they can. This dishonest practice is why I try to avoid dealerships at all costs, as well as fast talking money motivated workers.

Not recommend for used cars, I bought 2021 Kia forte 3 days ago and I woke up today to find that rear right tire has low pressure, I thought it might just need a repair but when I got to Firestone to check, they told me that I have to change it and they can’t repair it.
Really it was disappointing experience with them in the used cars.

Wonderful experience. Our salesperson Ezella was knowledgeable, helpful and open to our needs. She made it A very smooth and non stressful experience for us. Also Luke was the same doing all the necessary paperwork to finish our purchase.
Would recommend Green car service for anyone interested in a vehicle.
