Bought my first Hyundai from Green Hyundai on 8/24/24. It was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson Doug Bishop was very engaging and knowledgeable. He went through the entire process of familiarizing my wife and I with all the features and willingly answered all of our questions. Five stars for Green.

Spent a week trying use the warranty, but the lady in charge insisted I'm lying about my car. Will never buy from Green again after this. I highly suggest everyone do the same.

Giving 5 stars for the exceptional customer service of Jason Hacker in the service department. My car has been at green for almost two weeks, not because of anything on their end. Jason has taken over 10 phone calls regarding my vehicle and was so informative and honest with everything that was going on. Not once did he ever seem irritated.
He really made a crappy situation so much easier with being able to trust who I was talking to each time! He knew answers to every question I had, which there was many being the first time I was in this situation. Thank you Jason for being so great and your job!

Exceptional Service mainly by Don Bottrell but the only thing which made me give 3 starts was the passenger front was full of oil stains.

I bought a 2021 Hyundai Venue in Nov 2023. When we got it the horn didn’t work. They gave us the runaround to get it fixed. I had gotten the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. They made it impossible get it in for servicing. Once it was finally fixed, the radio went bad. Again, a pain to get it in to get fixed. When replacing the radio, they messed up my dash. They said they would fix it. Made an appointment to get that fixed. I waited at the dealership service area for my vehicle and they came to tell me that I would have to leave it for a couple days because they overbooked and the mechanic wouldn’t be able to fix that day. I was furious because I live over an hour away which I state each time when scheduling an appointment and make it known I will just be waiting for the car. They refused me a tank of gas for the drive. After fighting with them, they finally gave me a rental. Since buying this car, it has been nothing but a headache dealing with Green Hyundai. Anyone looking to buy, I tell them not to buy here. The salesman was kind but that’s the only good thing I can say. I will never buy from here again.

Green Hyundai has had my car for over 6 weeks. They have lied, told me what I have to do and has shown absolutely no concern or compassion for having my car this amount of time. They cannot seem to get a part for my car in a timely manner , there is a severe lack of communication and frankly a lack of concern.Between them and progressive insurance company, they have purposely failed in every aspect of professionalism and courtesy regarding the matter. DO NOT take your car to the new site off of Stanford. Avoid like the plague. If there was any legal recourse I would heavily consider it at this point taking into account their level of general incompetence and unethical business practices. To add insult to injury you have to give them a star to post. Smh

Beyond furious! I have been a customer for many years. I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe two years ago. Recently discovered back turn signal light was out and likely will need a new LED strip. Too bad for me I guess. We have been given a run around by dealership and they could careless if I ever get it fixed. We apparently are talking weeks. I have to have a car to drive. This is also not the first time this has happened to me regarding service. So they will happily sell you a car but if you need repairs—-good luck! I guess my next car will be a Toyota! If you can’t get your car fixed at the dealership you purchased it at, why would you buy a car there?? Waiting 2-3 weeks doesn’t work for me!?
