Horrible experience at Green Nissan in Springfield. Classic bait and switch and lied to multiple times. They tried to tell me I had a salvage title on my car because I had a bumper replaced from an accident. really?!? So I went down to one of their other dealership so I wouldn’t have to deal with the a**holes at Nissan. The Dodge/Kia team was absolutely wonderful in helping me get the vehicle, but charged me $1000 to get the car from the other dealership. Claimed that is how much it cost them to transfer it from one lot to the other. Really?!? There is a lot more to the story, but that sums it up.

We agreed on a price and shook hands. When it came time to do paperwork, they reneged on the deal and decided they wanted to raise the price. I’ve bought many cars from them. I will never buy another one again.

They literately raised the price of the car right when ready to sign. My daughter was already pre-approved with lender and drove the car twice. What trickery and deviance! Just why people end up using places like Carvana.

Customer service is horrible they sale you the car then you don’t mean nothing no matter how many warranties you purchase, won’t buy a car at any green stores again

Alert! Warning! Stop! Do not purchase a preowned vehicle from the Green Family of dealerships! Recently I purchased a preowned vehicle from them only to find out a few days later it needed over $5,500 worth of repairs. The repairs were not disclosed at the time I purchased the vehicle. When I brought the issues up with the dealership their first response was they sold the vehicle at below market price...not sorry at all for it needing repairs.

Was recently at the green store by the mall and even though there were at least four signs on the door and more posted inside to wear a mask, not one member of the green team did I see wearing a mask. Their employees came in and out of the building and never once put a mask on. There were several customers who walked in wearing masks and when they saw no one wearing one they even took theirs off. I find this very irresponsible behavior. I felt very unsafe in the building.

Its nvr a horbl experience w Green Lincoln Mazda. All, always show the best customer service. Jason Malek made this weeks visit one that will nvr be forgotten. He went above and beyond to make sure ""EVERY"" need we asked for was met. Jason and Colin know, we will nvr buy from any other dealership. If you want the top dog, cant miss him, hes at the front door.. #GREENLINCOLNMAZDA

Terrible customer service. I bought my car over a week ago and I'm still not driving it. I can't get anyone at the dealership to call me back as to when the vehicle will be ready. I will never buy from them again.
