When I took my 1st tv in for repair several years ago, the service was quick and repairs gave more years to enjoy. A few months ago I took my 65 inch curved Samsung tv in for repair. It was not streaming shows as it should. It paused, muted sound and then fast forward (live shows). After a week had gone by I called and they said it was still in diagnosis. Another period of time I then went to the store. Then, after a pause they said the mother board was bad and it would be replaced. I paid more than their estimate. When they delivered it all worked fine. Then it started doing same thing again. I went back to the store and was told they would have Bill call me. No call back. I am very disappointed in their service and won’t go back. I should have just bought a new tv.

Absolutely the best. Drove 2.5 hours to pick up our 70 LG fixed it and drove 2.5 hours to return it. It has a better picture now then it did before it stopped working. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Very professional and we are very happy.

They are the only people who are authorized to work on Yamaha in my area. They were quick for me, on a minor repair. I’ll definitely take any future audio or visual repairs back here.Just browsing to see what else they had. I ended up picking up a high end 65” t.v. for $300. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I see a bad review on here from a guy in a similar situation as me. He must be a lot more impatient than my wife and me. We also live about 100 miles away and didn't realize it wasn't being repaired on site until the guy arrived, but we didn't mind that he had to take it. Our TV was also a 75" and it wasn't that heavy. They picked it up last Thursday and had it back to us the next Friday. We were just happy to get it fixed and done right. The pickup guy was super friendly and helpful and they replaced a motherboard, Wi-Fi connector and a cable. We are super pleased with the service and didn't mind waiting 8 days for having the cheap original parts replaced. We have a better TV now. Ignore the negative comments, these guys were friendly and professional.

It's all fake I no how to do repairs on my electronics and I know the reason was I was bringing my TV to them to fix is because I don't have the supply home to fix it all I needed him to do is a repair either a capacitor or some other form of connector to turn my TV back on and I know it's kind of simple to fix but dude's trying to tell me that it's going to be $195 to fix something you can fix on your own for like 20 to 30 bucks so I paid money just for him to keep my TV for no reason to tell me something I already know what's wrong with it

Great service. I took my TV in last Thursday and delivered it back to me on Tuesday . Considering they are almost 100 miles from my house I really appreciate the fast return. Considering they had the part, a power supply, in stock was why they are recommended as a LG service center. Thanks again the everyone's extra effort during this holiday season.

My 75-in LG TV I believe has a bad network card so I called it in and they were going to send someone to fix it. I received a call from this company and they said that they wouldn't be able to fix it on site but would be able to pick it up from 6:00 to 8:00 at night. It also wouldn't be fixed until the following week when they would bring it back. I was told that someone would be able to fix it on site and not have to take it because it weighs a lot and I don't want it damaged further.. I was trying to think of what to do but Great Western seems a little impatient and canceled my appointment so I have to call LG back, and wait an hour and go through the process all over again.

I have a 65 in Sony that wouldn’t power on. I filed the warranty claim and was promptly contacted by Great Western. They picked up my TV, fixed it, and had it back to my house the same day. That is service.

GO ELSEWHERE! OWNER is rude and thinks he is always right! Argues even when he does not have all the information. Save all your frustration! Go somewhere else!

This business is horrible! They are rude, lack communication and care nothing about the customer. In this business the owner Billy thinks he is ALWAYS right. Yes, it's that kind of place. Find a more customer savvy company and save your frustration!

My wife & I used our Verizon/Asurion home protection they recommend GW but After seeing alot of mixed reviews we where sceptical but there was no one else to fix our 55" Vizio so we said ok I spoke on the phone to Dennie at GW nice guy to work out the details with he also lent us a nice tv to watch while ours was getting fixed Bill came to get our tv he was nice respectful and careful with it GW fixed it fast it came back to us as good as when we bought it we would definitely use them again.

These people are the absolute worst repair shop ever . Took my tv in for a simple fix . They ended up having it fit a month . Then finally got it returned and it's doing worse then when I had it picked up. Please stay away from this damn place. Worst ever . I bet they are not BBB registered. My 5 year old could do a better job ..

My television has been in their shop for about 6 weeks now. When they finally figured out what is wrong no one called to tell me. I called in and they then gave me the diagnosis and price. I said that I wanted to fix it and they said they would look for part and call me. They never called! I again made contact and was told several times how hard it is to find parts for this model. They did finally admit they hadn't looked very hard. I asked for my model number so I could look myself but was told if they couldn't find it neither could I. The difference would be I would actually look and not put it off as they have. I still want my TV fixed and I hope a terrible review may coax them into some sort of customer service. I am not holding my breath!!Update: Another month has passed and still no word on my TV. I guess one bad review isn't enough to get their attention. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Absolutely worst customer service ever!!

TV has been in their shop for over 2 months now. I have received 1 phone call!! All they need to do is find a part, oh well for the $300 they want to fix it I can buy a new one. Worst customer service ever!!
