I was in town for meeting from the Chicago land area and this facility was kinda disappointing. I like how the clothing is on one side and everything else was on the other but it was kinda cramped, the bathroom had a really bad water leak with no wet floor sign, there was no soap to wash my hands. They also don't do the rewards program which I thought was odd. The people were super friendly, it's just the property kinda needs some work.

You are greeted with a hello and how are you? May I help you and then you are free to browse around the facilities. Get your cart and you look at the front door. There's a book area where there are plenty of beautiful, pretty much dated books but well cared for. On the other side you have your records and CDs and DVDs. Then it's the clothing which you considered outdated fashions are now coming back in style. Towards the back of the store there's Household supplies and Decor. Toys and Games. On the walls are pictures and Painting. Furniture Is in Every area of the shop.

This location is just trash. The items in the store on the left are all dirty, broken and gross. You would find stuff in better condition straight out of the dumpster.

I haven't been in this store in about a year, and things have really changed. This particular Goodwill needs better management. While searching through men's shirts, I found little kids' clothes and a lot of items that were quite obviously women's, including a couple of dresses. A lot of the clothing was filthy and falling off their hangers. I used to enjoy shopping here, but today, I felt like I needed to scrub my handsSeveral items were too expensive based on other sites. I found a guy's used shirt and was about to purchase it when I saw it was $16. I looked it up on eBay, and the exact same shirt was listed for $9, including shipping. There were things I can find, in new condition, at Walmart or Target for just a dollar or two more than Goodwill was asking for distressed, dirty, used products. It was a disappointing shopping experience.

Store closed at 6:20 pm instead of 7:00pm. Online hours and signs on doors all day 7:00. We called after and asked when they closed and they told us 7 o’clock. We asked why did you say you were now closed? Then closed early when we were shopping? They hung up.
