Very poor customer service. Make up their own policies based on "that's how we've done it for 10+ years" even though it isn't a Goodwill standard.

Tried to donate a nice vintage leather top oak desk. They said they couldn't take it because it had writing on the inside of the drawers and scratches on top. It had very few minor scratches on top. Went inside to look at their other furniture and found many of their furniture items had scratches. Won't be donating anything to Goodwill any more.

Disgusted that they profit from the labor of disabled people and then fire them--many disabled employees haven't had raises in years and yet the corporate head in Illinois can hire her son? This is a shameful use of public funds and what sounds like an illegal exploitation of people with disabilities.

They won’t pay disabled workers. THIS IS THEIR ENTIRE MANDATE. To employ disabled workers. Shame. Shame. Shame. Maybe the CEO needs to be fired.
