Very poor customer service. Make up their own policies based on "that's how we've done it for 10+ years" even though it isn't a Goodwill standard.

Disgusted that they profit from the labor of disabled people and then fire them--many disabled employees haven't had raises in years and yet the corporate head in Illinois can hire her son? This is a shameful use of public funds and what sounds like an illegal exploitation of people with disabilities.
