Really great experience and communication. Most of my watches I have purchased through my local authorized dealer, but I have been searching for a difficult to get watch for a gift and there were zero allocations from my AD.I did some research online and found Giganti. Not only did they have the watch I was looking for, but they also had some very good reviews.Confident that I was purchasing from a reputable seller I worked with Cara who was very informative and quick to provide me with photos of the watch. Upon purchasing the watch Giganti FedEx'd the watch overnight.The packaging was immaculate. The watch was secure and they even provided an appraisal and a white golf hat. However, there was one snag as one of the hang tags and link were missing.I promptly notifed Cara and she immediately sent the missing link and hang tag via FedEx. This was was to be a special gift and it certainly was a special occasion to celebrate.Thank you to Giganti for making this happen.

Tracy at Giganti & Giganti was very patient and very helpful throughout the whole process in getting our engagement ring. She worked with me when I would change my mind and be available for any questions that I had! The prices were very reasonable as well and highly recommend this to other people!

I had the most pleasurable experience with Giganti & Giganti; from payment to receipt of a beautiful Rolex timepiece.The Customer Relations Rep was a joy to speak with every time. I was updated everyday up until my timepiece was delivered. The presentation and personal note was exceptional, I almost felt as if I was being proposed to. lol.Thanks alot Cara and Josh!!! Unprofessional and untrustworthy!! As an avid watch collector, I buy pieces all over the world and this was by far the worst experience ever… Josh Giganti is barely capable of writing a basic email, does not know the difference between ‘unworn’ or ‘brand new’ apparently! But after there’s finally a deal, he manages to sell the watch while aware that the payment is in progress and does not even have the common sense to even communicate that… To make matters even worse, he doesn't respond to the emails about returning the money but has Gwen fix the issue on the phone!!Please forget the 5 star reviews which are only one line and they clearly write about themselves, look at 1 star ones as I should’ve done as well: they tell a shocking truth about Giganti Jewelry!!

I called and spoke to Gwen about my months of research trying to buy my dream Rolex Two Tone Sea-dweller and my concerns about buying my watch without seeing it in person. After some research on Giganti and Giganti and watching a Utube video about the History of the company and how long they have been in business as a family, I felt this may be a safe bet and I was not disappointed, Gwen gave my info to Josh Giaganti who followed up and made it an easy decision to buy the watch which was shipped next day by Cara and by following day I was wearing it. Here is the note I wrote Thank you all so much for my watch which was so beautifully packaged and the wonderful note from Josh was so nice. Getting this watch was so much more with the buying experience which was fantastic.I will be telling everyone I know , I just wish I knew more people
