Great selection of Recliners and the sales lady was very personable and knowledgable. Purchased 2 of these chairs which will Bluetooth to your entertainment center and give you a true theater experience.
Or if that’s not your thing than you can just enjoy your chair for all the comforts that it offers (which are to many to list) Go check out Furniture Row and their new recliner.

It was a good buying experience, the sales associate, Jenni, was very helpful and understood what we were looking for. I would highly recommend that you ask for her when you go there. The store has a wide selection and prices are good.

First off, the crew gave me a 5 minute warning and were 45 min earlier than they told us our delivery window would be. So I had to scramble to get home. They were not in any professional attire that would tell me they were from Furniture Row. They drug my mattress out of the room by sliding it on the floor (I’ve had many movers who make sure they use a protective covering to avoid getting the mattress dirty). They never gave us a chance to inspect the furniture and just wanted a signature that only said they delivered the furniture and left quickly. After inspecting the furniture, I found a gash in one of the drawers and on top of the dresser. Plus I also found a scrape on the front of the dresser. The furniture was dirty too. Overall, not impressed at all. This was our first time shopping at furniture row and probably our last.

Furniture Row is my spot. The selections and quality have made me a loyal customer for 10 years. My purchases have included sectionals, chairs, tables, artwork and I always bring my friends so they can shop also.
