Long story short i just purchased a car from here and started having a front end issue where the front tires are making a weird noise. My car is pulling to the left also so they took my tire off and put it back on and said the noise went away. I will be taking my car to another shop to get a tire alignment and a balance since they avoided to do that and pay out of my own pocket.

Have never, not once received a call back when they say they will call. I wait days then always have to intiate communication.

Had a 7:30 oil change showed up 10 min early still in waiting room at 9:36 car is still in bay… I use to work at a dealership and I know for a fact a oil change doesn’t take 2 to 3 hours

So let me get this straight… I drive a Chevy. But the Chevy dealership won’t work on my truck because it has over 150,000 miles. Quoted “Company Policy”
I’m as confused as much about this as I am confused on why I purchased a Chevy.

Our experience was not positive at all. In the end I got a Tahoe, but my post hasn’t many characters to fully explain the time consuming events that took place and poor service overall. I do not recommend this place.
