1 star because they answered the phone but no stars when you order flowers ahead of time and they don't deliver them. Blaming the customer is never good customer service.

I ordered flowers by phone yesterday, to be delivered this morning. Through snow and bad weather, Flowers by Kathy delivered the flowers this morning! I'm very impressed with the quality of the flowers, excellent customer service, value, and delivery. My sister loved the flowers. They were gorgeous! I highly recommend this florist.

Be aware this flower shop charges you extra $8.50 to buy from their website. (In addition to the delivery fee of $10.)So the cost will be $18.50 added to your purchase of flowers.Just as an FYI.

I ordered flowers online for my mother's birthday. The basket of flowers that was delivered is absolutely gorgeous! Mom said the designer actually delivered the order, and she was so pleasant. I'll definitely order from Kathy's again!

My wife and I live in Kentucky, but we have loved ones there in Springfield, IL. They've been going through all sorts of terrible health problems which I won't go into detail here. I searched the local florists there and found you. When we received a photo Saturday of the delivered flowers my wife was speechless (which is quite rare). I have to say, you really hit that one out of the ballpark. Thank you for becoming my "go-to" florist in Springfield, and giving our loved ones such a joy with the perfect bouquet, and also for giving my wife and me such huge smiles with the gratitude and loving response from our family in Springfield.

Picked up my prom order and the “white”roses were yellow and brown on edges . Argumentative about the color of the ribbon which I could have dealt with had the roses now already been trash and still have to make through a night of prom. Staff was unconcerned with my complaints. Total waste of money, had to pay a second florists to make new and she did amazing in 10 mins time go to Luxe floral down the road for style, class, and satisfaction!
