Terrible customer service. Workers just stand around talking with each other. A worker tried to sell me a display shoe when there was a new one available, just shop online.

I took my granddaughter to get some tennis shoes at the mall . Big deal for a nine year to get the shoes she really wants . Not there (Finish Line) not one friendly face . We had a bad experience. Went to every shoe store in the mall and we were welcomed and helped . Finish line people shame on you .

Not a big assortment of shoes, id rather go online & shop. Also they have more clothes/ gear than actual shoes.

Brought my son in there to get him a couple pair of shoes for school. It was Saturday morning and not very crowded all the employees were hanging out by the cash register and we had to go ask for someone to help. She wasn’t friendly from the start went back got the shoes that we were getting it took them back to the register and never came back to help us make a second selection. We ended up going to another store and purchase two more pair of shoes because either she was having a bad day or should probably find another place to work if she was that unhappy . I know some customers can be rude but in this case I can assure you it wasn’t we were nothing but nice and polite and just wish we would’ve been treated the same.
