Took a picture of someone's porch with a package on it. Said they delivered my package. Funny how they did that without setting off my cameras. They must really be fast. The stole something and they make it impossible to talk to anyone. They don't deserve any stars at all

Already signed a release because we work during working hours. But delivery drivers don't read instructions and took my package with them. Now no one can tell me when I can get it. The 800# appears to be outsourced and promised to "send a message" but if they couldn't read basic instructions the first time, I have zero faith they'll read that.
Delayed on receiving my property as usual. I wish they would learn to follow instructions.

Instead of the driver dropping it off at my apartment the driver was real lazy and dropped it off at the dollar general store a block and a half away from me even though he just dropped a package off across the hall from me for my neighbor. But the lady at Dollar general was really nice and understood how lacking the driver intelligence was.

I stop here at least 3 nights a week to drop off last minute work and the young ladies behind the counter are some of the best and friendliest people I've run into in the Customer Service field. I don't know where you found them, but don't lose them, they are platinum!!!!!

Package was to be delivered on Monday the 25th, broke up with girlfriend on the 22nd and moved out that night. Called Fed Ex on 23rd and automated service Said my package would be held at the Dollar General, so the 25th comes and its delivered to her door step I lose everything and all I got was a call saying they would try to retrieve the package which that's not gonna happen so wasn't offered nothing as far as refunding me or making her give it to them. Fed Ex sucks in my opion and will make sure everyone hears this story, 2023 we have technology they have hand held he had it in his hand held he just didn't do his job and I'm out .

They have a huge box and it says ask about our special big boxes which I needed. The one on the shelf is for display so I had to leave and go on the other side of town to buy the same box from Uhaul as I was told by the clerk and that I could drop it at the FedEx over there. That FedEx said the package had an agreement to be shipped from the other store only but now 5gal. of gas later I have to be at work and won't make it there until they close. Now I'm stuck with the package until Monday morning only to back to the first FedEx I was at from the beginning. I explained to the same clerk who sent me over ther what they said and she had no Idea why that location woul say that. Long story short, Get it together FedEx!!! and try knocking or ringing the bell it helps keep a person's packages from being sprayed by skunks especially when a person is home!!!
