Worst location ever..To leave a line full of customers while employees sit in the office and then came in and out of the office multiple times just to look at customers waiting to be checked out and not do their job..Do better

This Dollar Tree ? location is a cesspool of filthiness and bad attitude. My niece and I were locked in the store for 10 minutes before someone was found to let us out. I asked why the doors had been locked and was given the reason "It's New Years Eve and we were instructed by our manager to close at 7pm," the current time was 6:44pm.

Trying to call this store just to ask a question and no one wants to the phone, so someone decided to take the phone off the hook so it can remain busy for the rest of the day. So sad! Very unprofessional!

My experience with this store has been completely negative and racist. When African American guest ask to use the restroom it is either “out of order” or “they don’t have the key”. This has been on more than one occasion. They refused to alone my toddler to use the restroom (a crucial time in potty training a child). I refuse to spend my money in a place that can’t simply let myself or my child use the restroom in a time of emergency!

Since the change in management this store has completely turned around! Clean and well stocked and is on the way to becoming the gold standard for Dollar Tree stores in our area.

The last 3 times that I have been in the store on dirkson Parkway I have had to stand and wait at least 15 minutes. There is only one clerk to check out people and if you have a customer buying multiple items You're gonna be waiting quite a while

Good morning Springfield,I'll residences ,News Reel::: what is going on at the Dollar Tree on Dirksen Parkway.. This stores recent employees have done it.., I I've watched the store go from employee to employee trying to find the best crew members, so and they have done just that.. they've got smiles on their face and very professional.. thanks again Dollar Tree owners for working it out
