I’ve been going to this shop for about 5 years now. And I just went recently and I had a terrible experience. Nobody there knows how to properly do nails. There’s only one girl that knows how and she’s rarely there. I just got my nails done short square and white. The polish isn’t neat my nails are crooked and 3 popped off as soon as I left. I got the 3 redone and it they look terrible I got burned and cut by the drill on all 3 nails and they extremely lumpy. I will not return back to this shop.

Although this spa looks very nice and decorated, the service wasn’t the best. The owner was the only one who talked to us while the people doing our nails talked amongst themselves the whole time. For $100 for a mani and pedi we left with rough nails and an infected toe. The tools used seemed to have been put back before being cleaned. The worker doing a pedicure seemed mad when it came time to paint the nails and what looked to us as trying to switch out with someone else to finish the job. I wasn’t sure on what was going on there. Although the service seemed fast and we were able to get seated right away without an appointment I will not be going back.

I had the best experience today great customer service I was very well taken care of my tech hadn't had much experience with the design I wanted so she practiced and practiced while another gentleman shaped and filed my nails my 6 year old got her nails done along with me and she felt like a million bucks I have no complaints and cannot wait to return for our next girls date

Took my 11 ye old son for his first pedicure on Valentine’s Day night. Such a great experience. Kind staff. I felt like they took their time and did a great job.

Try talking to nail lady and ash her opinion and she just gave me cold attitude. My gel polished started to chip after 3 days. Was charge $50 for a gel french manicure On my own nails. Was $50 for get pedicure. The vibe was not welcomeing. Will not be going back.

I have been coming here for YEARS!! I always had the BEST results.Suddenly in the last few months I have had horrible results. Polish peels off in a few days. Pedicures are rushed and poorly done. The atmosphere is no longer relaxing.My fills are thick and uneven, polish peels, shaping is uneven and rigid.Last week I had my set done by a newer girl. It was the worst set I had ever seen. I went in a few days later and asked for my nails to be fixed and I was charged a whole full price.When I left my nails didn’t look much better. And lo a behold, my polish peeled off of 4 of my nails within 48 hours.I hate to think after 5 or 6 years I would need to find a new salon ?.Update: I went back to try again. Even worse this time. My nails were filed all the way down the sides to look very skinny. The polish isn’t even on the whole nail so it looks even skinnier. Some nails are filed more on one side making them look crooked.Services: Acrylic nails

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would! I’ve been going there awhile now and Kim always did such a good job. Unfortunately she is never there anymore when I go in. The older man, I believe the owner,, is horrible at doing acrylic nails. It’s hard to believe he has a license to even do nails at all. I left with crooked, bumpy, very unprofessional and uneven nails! I will not be going back! Don’t waste your time and money there! Now I have to go spend another $50+ elsewhere to have this mess he left me with fixed! Waste of time and money on ridiculously horrible job!
