I always try to give Derringer the business they deserve, but this recent attempt would be the last time. I dropped my car off Tuesday at 9am for some exhaust work. I explained everything I wanted done, I even brought the parts for them to install. They were going to look at the car in the afternoon. I left for a hour, came back and decided to chill in the waiting room. About an hour in waiting, The receptionist told me I couldn't wait in the waiting room. Uhm it's a waiting room? I can't sit here? I stated "I obviously have no ride, you want me to walk all the way back home?" She outright refused their services and handed me my keys back. Proceeded to tell me "yeah, we aren't going to touch the car, you don't even know what you have or what you want done" yeah? I've owned the car for 5 years. I explained EXACTLY what i wanted done. Pretty rude of her to assume what she thinks she knows about cars. Too bad it's not Meinke anymore. Least they have put more care into your car and your time than this sad excuse for a woman. 1/5 stars. Do better next time for the next potential customer..

A part of my muffler on my 300 rusted through, sounded horrible. They got me in the day I called,fixed it and got it back same day. Extremely nice and affordable. I will definitely go back if I need more work done. Thank you so much!

Absolutely a 5 star business. My exhaust rusted in several places and fell off. They got my car in two days after I called, looked at it almost within the hour (while the parking lot was full of cars). Called and told me exactly what they would do and the price which was very reasonable and had it fixed and ready to go in no time.

I suddenly lost tire pressure from running over a nail and was able to swing in just in time for help. 15 minutes and $20 later and I was back on the road. An easy job for them but a massive inconvenience avoided for me. Thanks for the help guys! Keep them in mind for your next auto service.

I have gotten my oil changes here for years on all of my cars. Bob is great, but his wife Kathy is extremely rude and disrespectful. Today she told me that I am not allowed to sit in the lobby and wait for my car to get done that there is “no sitting and waiting”. When Bob is there I have never had the problem. She also chased me outside to my car screaming at me after I explained how I did not appreciate how she was talking to me and left.

I was having a strange issue with my car that I thought might be related to brakes. Someone referred me to derringers, and I called them on my lunch hour. I was able to find someone to follow me so I could drop off my car. They found out what was causing the strange noise and it had nothing to do with my brakes so that was a relief. They then let me know they wear and tear on my front and back brakes and I was able to get that fixed and picked up the next day. I was incredibly impressed from the first phone call to when I picked it up.
