My fiancé got my engagement ring here last summer. We went to get our wedding bands there and were met with inexperience sellers who wouldn’t show us some rings because they couldn’t open some of the doors. The owner was rude when purchasing and we are still waiting for an appraisal for the engagement ring (12 months) and wedding band (1 month). Do not recommend.

Took a ring and pendent in for an appraisal, they said it would take a couple weeks. After 2 weeks and no communication, they said their appraisal person was out for another week. I checked back a week later and still nothing. Called numerous times and was told they would check and call me back but never returned my call. After 2 months of this ridiculous back and forth, I finally went in and just asked for the jewelry back so I could take it elsewhere. The owner Cathy was extremely rude, standoffish and unpleasant to talk to. She was even rude to her own employees (who were always very polite to me). I think this is the first review I've ever written because I'm such a non-confrontational person, but the service and communication from this place was just so bad. After speaking to the wonderful employees of some other jewelry stores around town, I realized that I am certainly not in the minority when it comes to my feelings about the owner. I do feel sorry for the nice employees there that did seem to care, but I just cannot in good faith recommend this place to anybody.

I ignored the bad ratings and trusted the good ones when I decided to go to Denney Jewelers to get my ring soldered and resized. That was a mistake that you shouldn't make. At first, I was immensely pleased! They gave me a fair price and even got me my ring way faster than they initially quoted me. But then about a month later, my ring cracked all the way through where they cut it to resize it. I brought it back in and they repaired it for free. But then again in December (another 1 month out from repair) the same thing happened again! They repaired it for free once again. But I'm really not sure why it was not repaired fully last time. Not to even mention the rudeness of a couple of the staff members and the lack of knowledge about jewelry the others have. The woman who helped me the second time complimented me on my gem, "I love the sapphire" The gem is blue sandstone. Would not expect her to know that it was sandstone but that it ISN'T sapphire. I'm putting that one on poor training and management. Overall, my experience has been less than ideal and if my ring breaks again, I'll probably just have to shell out money to a competent jeweler. Please use that wisdom for your own jewelry.

Wife called to inquire about getting work done on my wedding ring for our anniversary and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude for no reason at all. She acted like it was a bother to talk to a potential customer bringing money into their business. I cannot imagine the type of customer service they provide when going there in person. We will definitely never find out. I suggest visiting one of the many other jewelry stores in town.

They did a wonderful job on my wife and I wedding rings. My band was custom. Kathy was nice to work with. She gave me fair prices. This was 4 years ago. Today I bought a rope chain. Kathy gave me a fair price and I appreciate her and her business. I would recommend.

Took my ring in to get sized. They have to send it out, it's now been MONTHS and they have NEVER called me with an update, Everytime I call them they say they'll check and never call back! At this point I may have to file a report for the theft of my ring.

We didn’t have the best experience 10 years ago when we bought our rings from here and definitely not currently either. 10 years ago diamonds were falling out of my ring left and right. For our 10 year anniversary my husband has been trying to upgrade my diamond. We’ve been contacting them off and on since March and still no diamond. You would think they would want to make money but apparently not? Literally call after call after call. They promise they will call back or they will get options in to see but nothing. We’ve been attempting for 6 months and now our 10 year anniversary has come and gone. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! They are liers, don't make the product the way they said they would, don't keep their promises. Tell you your wedding rings are going to be done this date nope they aren't, then tell you they will be done this date, well they are but done wrong but nothing you can do because your getting married in 2 days take the rings back after the wedding get told oh yes we will get that fixed and it will be done August 2nd we promise we'll guess what it's not DONE! They haven't said I am sorry, here is what we can do for you. They just don't care and if they care they have a shifty way of showing it.

I attended grade school with Cathy and walked into the Jacksonville store in 1988. I hadn't seen her for 17 years. I was down on my luck and tried to borrow ten whole dollars to get a meal. She just shook her head. If she ever has a heart attack it will take two days for them to find it

Took in a ring to be resized and appraised. It was supposed to be done in a week. They’ve had it for over three weeks now and I’m getting the runaroundI’d advise you to go to another jeweler

Went in with broken chain on earring thinking it would have to be replaced but they committed to repair at very reasonable price. Job was done next day and price was honored. I have no idea about the quality of their gemstones but am convinced about the quality of their honesty. As of today I believe they are to be trusted.

Ordered 2 watch bands 2 months ago, was told they'd take 2 weeks. No apology or explanation from saleswoman who 'helped' me, who also didn't care when I said the cancel the order band. The tech who installed the watch band that actually arrived was polite and professional.

My Husband bought my engagement ring here and I was extremely thrilled w/ the Ring choice & very impressed when we went in for the sizing. Excellent jewelry store with exquisite fine beautiful jewelry from reasonable cost for those that are on a tighter budget up to to the availability to meet the standards of individuals who are able to comfortably afford the higher clarity more brilliant least flawed to flawless gems. This is one of those rare Kind Professional Family-Owned Businesses with a huge selection in there rather large jewelry store. They can meet most anyone's Jewelry needs...Trust Me!... I am pretty particular!

Bought a custom watch online that was too big and had trouble finding someone local to remove some links for a better fit. I didn't catch his name but one of the in-store associates was able to get it done with in 5 minutes. Very impressed.

Rude workers that go back and change their offer if you leave and go back. If you are offered a good deal, better take it rather than wait and go back.
