Mr. Roy Crouch provided excellent service despite conditions which would overwhelm most people, including heat and irritated customers. He administered my vaccines virtually painlessly, and he did so in an efficient and pleasant manner.

Busy pharmacy and entire staff from techs to pharmacists are rude with an attitude every single time. Other CVS are better so we're switching.

After having my script transferred from Walgreens, they tell me it'd be a couple of hours....so I come back in a couple of hours & they tell me they haven't even called Walgreens yet & it'd be another hour, needless to say I didn't get my medication till the next day....

I can't speak for all employees at this CVS, but as far as the Pharmacy Tech Sarah, she was completely rude and short. Regardless if it's the color of someone skin or just there illness, you must keep the most positive attitude & remain Humble in all situations. Everything in this world is going for the worst let's keep customers service at its best cause it cost nothing...

Worst CVS I have ever encountered. Got text messages and phone calls saying my meds were ready , get there and they have nothing in my name. Turns out they totally misspelled my last name. Due to their error they told me to go back thru the line.....what.....are you serious...customer service are so rude. Unfortunately it's the closest drug store to my home but these people are so uncomfortable to be around that even with gas prices sky rocketing I'm willing to drive somewhere else it's that bad.

VERY RUDE if I could LESS than a 1 I would! I came with a large amount of money in the store to load a pre paid card and was rushed and treated HORRIBLE I come EVERY WEEK to this location to do the same action and they treat me as though I robbed a bank IF I'm not IGNORED to begin with to rush me because you have Caucasian customer behind me is HORRIBLE I arrived FIRST I should have been treated properly no matter the amount of items or what business and to ask loudly what amount of money for OTHER CUSTOMERS to hear was beyond rude! Iam disabled I didn't appreciate being rushed nor treated in this manner I WONT. Be back !!!

Me and my 88yr old mom went to get a covid booster which we hsd made a appt for. Went in was told it would be a hour But we have a appt. No you dont. She stated she had no appt until 12:45. I made appt at wrong store. Per sign they take walkins. Still it will be a hour. She was so rude to us. Not a sorry but just rude. My mom walks with a walker and we were the only ones in there. It was like it was to much trouble for her to help us and was so rude. We didnt get our shots sure hope we dont get sick. I may consider calling the manager and complaining.

How many stores does it take to fulfill all of your shopping needs? Well before we went to this CVS the answer was 3! Thank you CVS for always keeping a delightful array of wonderful products stocked on your shelves for the weary shopper who has gone everyplace else....now we now just to start here! Super!

Love this CVS! Great staff! Amanda took her time to find me a coupon that saved me $50.00!! Wow! Pharmacist always explains new prescriptions to me and helps with drug interactions. I never have to wait long at all! Thank you!

Outstanding customer service, very conscientious and thoughtful staff (we love Dr. Marcus M.) and most importantly, this pharmacy gets your prescriptions right! This is why I'm disappointed with BCBS in no longer contracting with CVS Pharmacy. This is a disservice to those who expect quality care.
