I had a little trouble obtaining medications due to my lack of knowledge & a little forgetfulness. Over the course of 13 days Monique working the drive thru window in the pharmacy she showed an enormous amount of patients , and great deal of professionalism, and even helped educate me on the miscommunication while still showing great hospitality, the error fell on my end, switching doctors . She was very caring and persistent while assisting me to my solution. Thank You , Monique.

Pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock, so they decided to CANCEL it instead of letting me know they could not get it filled. Please reach out to your customers!Edit: Just went into the pharmacy after I spent thirty minutes on hold to speak with a pharmacist to no avail. I was told by a pharmacy tech last week they needed to order my medication and I could come back. Now I was told my script was expired and I need my doctor to reach out to them with a new one.I feel like I’m being told different things. At the end of the day, I’ve gone without very important medication for a week. Horrible pharmacy and service.

Ordered a refill beginning of the week and still haven't been filled. I am completely out of the medication and they still don't have it in stock to be filled. Am not happy notnhappy about not being able to get medication that I need.

Basically, all CVS stores are the same but with that the store part was the staff! They were helpful and courteous. Also had a Good location and plenty of parking.

The pharmacy department and it’s manger provided horrible customer service. The pharmacy manager (didn’t believe him) was dismissive when questioned, would not provide answers. Discrimination was encountered with witnesses. I will never use this store and reported to corporate

I forgot to get his name, but the middle aged man at the cashier (he might me a manager), he is always SO kind when I come in. Top notch customer service!!! He’s so sweet and so kind! You would never know anything bad in the world is going on when you see and talk to him. CVS, he’s a keeper! :)

Had everything I needed that day on the shelves after leaving the hospital. Associates where very helpful in answering my questions at that time. My phone was dead and even though they are not suppose to, let me make a call to be picked up. Located by MMC and not far from downtown state buildings.

Nice little convenience store/pharmacy..... Full service pharmacy and nice little store to pick up things on the go, Friendly helpful staff and stores always clean, Added feature pharmacy does have a drive up, For quick pick ups and drop off of prescriptions... Highly recommended.
