If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to the store on North Dirksen & the woman I spoke with was Torrey. She was the most rude woman I have literally met in my life. She laughed when I asked a question about my plan then sighed like her dog died when I asked her another as if I was a burden for walking into the store. If you look at my previous reviews I’ve made you can see I’m very positive with reviews but with this one I couldn’t. I love working with cricket because of the low prices but I sure will never go to this store again. I hope you get a new “customer representative” because she doesn’t know the definition of customer service.

This review has nothing to do with any staff, because Wade and Laura are great. Mobilelink on the other hand...The cellular service is ok and budget conscious, sort of. There are better plans with better service for less money. Plus, even though you buy your phone outright, you have to have service on that phone for 6 months before they will give you the unlock code. That is a Cricket policy. Now for mobilelink: they charge $25 to activate a phone when it is suppose to be $15 and no matter how long you have been a customer, they refuse to waive it under ANY circumstances. I will say this: if you MUST do service with cricket, do it online. Mobilelink is straight garbage.

Brittany was AWESOME!!! I am a home care provider and due to COVID19 there are some new safety procedures. I had a client that needed his bill paid & well we couldn't leave the vehicle. Without hesitation Brittany came out to the car & took his payment. He was so worried about getting his bill paid. Thank you Brittany you helped make his list of worries alittle shorter. Cricket is lucky to have you as an employee. Due to your actions this will now be my go to store with all my clients cell phone needs. My client LOVES you.
