I repeat do not buy from these ppl!! They’re beyond shady. My steering was all out of whack it was practically undriveable very unsafe to even be on the road!! They told me they could fix my car for free since it’s under warranty so I took it in where they told me they can’t do anything ab it and I would’ve have to come out of my pocket for it. They will try and scam you every chance they get.

⭐⭐☆☆☆I recently had an experience with Credit Pro Auto that left me disappointed and frustrated. The level of professionalism displayed was far from satisfactory. Not only did they overcharge for vehicles that didn't match their value, but the overall service lacked transparency and integrity.I felt that the prices for the cars I was interested in were inflated, and it seemed like they were taking advantage of customers' trust. The lack of transparency in their pricing and the unprofessional behavior I encountered made me question their business ethics.I had high hopes when considering Credit Pro Auto, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I would caution others to thoroughly research and compare prices before making any purchases from this dealership. It's essential to find a trustworthy and reputable dealer that prioritizes fair pricing and customer satisfaction.

Went here today around noon 9-9-23 to look at a car for my son. Walked around in lot foer about 5min saw nobody. Decided to go inside. Young man sitting at desk eating a sandwich. I say hello I would like to look at a car. He looks at me and says nothing. I then asked again. You will not believe what his response was. "What do you mean look at a car?" I was like seriously? He sat there and just stared at me. Didn't get up, said nothing else. I guess his sandwich was just to damn good to actually get up and take care of a customer. VERY RUDE STAFF. Maybe that's why on a Saturday afternoon nobody was there. Stay away from this place it's a joke. I have pinned this to Facebook with hopes that nobody has to deal with this young man that could care less if someone is there to look at a car.

Terrible. That is the only word that comes to mind when I see the name of this company. I am now at the point where I am being forced to purchase a dash cam and put a retainer down on an attorney. I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago, I make my payments on time, I keep up the regular maintenance on it, and I am still driving an unsafe vehicle. I have taken this vehicle into these people on numerous occasions twice I have taken it in there and told them that I am having problems with the same two things both times I was told that their technicians looked at it and these things are not a problem! After the last time they had it and told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the two things that I'm still having a problem with they hadn't even checked the fluids for either one of those things. So, I'm supposed to trust my life against the evidence that I have seen with my own two eyeballs that they are not doing their jobs or even taking what their customers are saying seriously. I almost got hit merging onto the freeway a week and a half ago because my car will not accelerate like it's supposed to. I was told we don't give loners so when you bring it to us for whatever undetermined amount of time you're going to have to figure out how to get 40 minutes away from your home to go to work one way. I cannot afford a rental car and unless I'm hit or in an accident my insurance isn't going to pay for a loaner either. If they had fixed it right when I took it in there the last time which was also 3 weeks before I started this job in an attempt to get this fixed before I had to start driving 40 minutes one way, then I wouldn't now be in a position to choose either my safety or my livelihood. they have put me in a very dangerous position and since I don't want to lose my $23 an hour job over not having a vehicle that I pay for I am being forced to drive with it the way that they gave it back to me which wasn't fixed. I've never sued anybody a day in my life but I'm damn sure about to! And I'm going to continue making these reviews until these people make it right with me, rather it be they fix my vehicle like they were supposed to the first time I took it in there or rather we do it in a courtroom

Just no. They have changed. They want you to give them $1000 Down on a car that hasn’t been serviced and that will move the car up in the line to be serviced/inspected and then still have to wait a week or more to test drive the car..

Got a car the shocks was bad and the pulleys had to take it back within a week, get it back from them and the steering alignment is messed up and the engine blows horrible horrible car agency if u want a car from the auction that was sitting for a while and a run for a week this is the best place in america

Haven’t had my car for maybe a little over a year, within a month of getting it i had to replace the catalytic converter and other stuff costing me over $900, I’ve had to replace the muffler.They wanted me to take it to their shop, I live an hour away and they wanted me to wait 2 months. Then they harassed the shop it got work done at because they saw it on the gps that it was there.And god forbid if you’re even a day late on your payment, they are blowing your phone up. Showing up to your house leaving notices.I’ll be glad when we are done with them with payments.

Purchased a vehicle back in April, within a week of having it found out it had no heat. Called and spoke with their service manager Aaron who had me come up and he looked at it. He said something with the fan needed replaced he was NOT going to charge me for repair as he wanted to make it right. At the time they said they were about a month or 2 out for repairs. I said no big deal it was getting warm so I really didn’t need it. Fast forward to about a month ago my ac is no not working, I’ve had it recharged out of my own pocket and still nothing. I called 2 weeks ago made an appt for July 12th for them to look at what is going on. I had to ask off for the day and drive up there just to be told we won’t have time to look at it today we are super busy. Then why in the hell did I make an appt weeks ago. I will never take my car up there to be serviced. Especially if now they won’t be covering to fix and cover my repairs,since it’s not covered. Even though I did speak to the service manager and some rude women who claimed to be that person but was not,repeatedly said it’s not covered. Id rather go somewhere where I won’t be worried whether or not the work was done properly. Thank you but no thank you! I will take my business elsewhere and keep it local

Had the worst experience. The employees are rude and act as if you are an inconvenience when trying to get a vehicle. The finance employee even flat out told me the vehicles I was looking at would not get me to work in chatham from Jacksonville and also wanted $3000 down instead of "all vehicles $1000 down". They are rude, use false advertising, and have unreliable lemon vehicles.

Not getting a car from them, got a car the same day for a car I know. A 2005 Toyota Carmry for 3500.00 paid it today. You dont like my payroll no my issue. Oh and the payroll sheets were 3 different ones. Knowing u get ur cars at the auctioncarz. Will be getting a car from them in the next year. Just so sad n ur loss. Reasons why I moved here wow, like the is ur business. Then why are you in Springfield, I dont care for this state. But its where my husband is from. Couldn't even great us, wow. Let me tell you, if you cand find better service elsewhere. You had a car i liked. But not at the end paying almost 15k for a 2008. You really know how to abuse people, u paid for the hhr for 3k. Its right on the car fax....If you can go somewhere else. I am looking at getting back on my feet after a health issue and being hit at 75 mph in New Mexico at a dead stop because of another accident ahead. I will think i can do better....on which I did today. Im done going to places like this.Oh do you have issues with someone with an arizona number. If u dont think its real wow sad.Your truly sad i didn't even know ur name. That is how truly sad this place is.

Advertising on radio said 500 down 87ish a week. went there, No 1000 down and must make 1650 a month for there cheapest vehicles. Prices when payed off are really overpriced
