Just stopped here with my toddler who desperately needed to go potty. The single bathroom stall was smeared with poop, the urinal was actively spewing water to the floor. As a dad in this situation you have no option but to wipe the toilet down ASAP, get the kid on it, and then leave a negative review. Awful.

The store is very clean and the staff is wonderful and helpful. However, months ago they took out the Tea machine and have not replaced it with any substitute. Brewed tea? Tea on the dispenser? Nothing.... I go there every morning before work and spend $19.50 a day which includes my Sip and Save drink. I am not the only one that wants Iced Tea back as a Fountain Drink. I do not want to change where I go everyday but I do have 2 other options of Gas Stations on my way to work. Thank you for listening!! :)

All the workers are pretty friendly. Except one I do believe his name is Chris. He's constantly on his phone and doesn't communicate with customers and when he does he's very rude. All the others are amazing though

Awesome staff except for Pam baker she is down right rude and nasty i over hear her talking bad about customers and employees i come in there and spend money here I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable when I come in to that store

I have had good experiences with employees. I go to this store most days. I don't want to feel pressured to use the self checkout and don't feel employees should be punished for not using it. I was at another circle k in Springfield and employee was saying they wouldn't receive bonus if they didn't have 50% of sales on self checkout. She was checking people out on it kinda defeats the purpose don't you think?Also the circle k on clearlake needs a brewed ice tea machine like the one on Stevenson Dr. As you can tell when I want ice tea I go to Stevenson Dr.

Springfield il stores do not answer phones except clearlake. Corporate do you listen. So if you lost something at springfield store don't think they will answer to help you
