They took a Large Check from Miles Chevrolet, Cashed it Yesterday, as this was Confirmed by the dealership, but DID NOT Place those Funds in My Account,… Yesterday or Today. They are Using the Funds of another Corporation who Also Banks with Chase,… for their Own Purposes & Failing to Follow Banking Procedures or Corporate Ethics for an individual customer. Fraudulent & Unethical. Being Reported to Every Conceivable Source. —***** Negative 5 Stars

Chase is such a joke! Just drove an hour and a half around Springfield and not a single ATM is working. But bet your money when the check I wrote gets cashed, they will still charge me an overdraft fee because they're money hungry. Not to mention that they charge monthly fees ONLY to poorer people. If you don't have direct deposit or a $5,000 balance, they take money from you monthly. They tax the poor to benefit the rich. Here's the funny twist - not one person who works for chase can tell you where that monthly fee goes. I even got transferred to corporate and they couldn't tell me what it was used for either. Here's an idea - how about using the monthly fees you take only from the poorer half of the community and use it to keep the dang ATMs operating!!! There obviously aren't any geniuses working for chase.

Went in was asked to wait in waiting area which was fine so I was waiting an hour no problem then a couple walks in the guy looks at me and says they were first then tells me they won’t be able to help me mind you I’m a African American man and chase will now never get my business from a first time experience y’all need better workers or time them keep their attitude at home and don’t bring it to work the guy all the way in back right corner

Nice little full functional satellite bank... They have drive-through banking lanes as well as a nice little lobby and loan officers inside the bank, The staff is friendly and knowledgeable...I think you will be pleased.

Drove 2 hours to cash a check draw off there bank. They said sure no problem, stamped the check, and then on top of two forms of ID asked for a 3rd. Then told me that my driver's license was not real and they couldn't help me. So now I have a stamped check, that looks like they already cashed it, and drove 2 hours for them to say can't help you sorry. Justin informed me he was a new teller and sorry. They were looking at the wrong Id for the state my DL is out of. Would never bank with Chase again, waste of time.
