I've literally never had a more stressful pizza delivery in my life. I ordered a pizza last night on the caseys app and it never shows up. I check the app and doordash says they werent able to reach me in order to give me my pizza. The order says they werent allowed to drop it on the porch. I order from caseys all the time and they always just drop it on the porch. I didnt know they were going to be expecting me to wait by the door. I call the store to ask where it was and they tell me I'll have to call door dash so they can refund my money and reorder/redeliver my pizza. I call Doordarsh and they say they need to call caseys to confirm redelivery and then they come back and say caseys says they can't rediliver because they don't have the pizza and the dasher doesn't have it either. They then tell me I need to call Caseys back for a refund. I'm not sure I understand why they made me call doordash if they were just going to turn around and tell doordash they can't redeliver and they knew I couldn't get a refund from them. I call caseys and they say they can't do anything without a manager. 30 minutes later they tell me they can't get in touch with the manager and I leave my name, number and order number with them for the manager to issue me a refund and reach out. Manager was supposed to be there at 10:00 am. It's now 3:30 pm so I call again to ask for a refund and they tell me the manager isn't in and they'll be back in 30 minutes. At this point I've had to make 6 phone calls and I still haven't recieved my money or my pizza. I will not be ordering delivery from this caseys anymore. I ordered pizza because I was exhausted and hoping for an easy night.

Every time I ever got food it was messed up, I stop getting food, I use the app and specific store locations and luckily I didn’t pay online or id be arguing with a cashier rn over stuff not in store but coming up as in stock on the app.

Needs new squeegees but other than that everything was good. They had the best gas prices in the area. Store was well stocked and had a good variety of items.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to general store with no steps.

Gas station pumps overcharge!!! Buyer beware.I notified the store employees that the pumps were set to a higher price than the advertised price. They very rudely told me "tough luck".

Online it says the stores location is open 24/7 and I tried to open all the doors but they are locked. I see two cars parked on the side assuming they are workers and the lights are on inside.

Never order food from their hot counter. This specific location is slower than reasonable. I have seen elderly dementia patients with more get up and go.
