Would have gotten food if there had been a single hot food item. I’m guessing they are not real fond of work at this location as the cashier was sitting down behind the counter and the man in the kitchen was playing on his phone while there was no food to be purchased

It was a wonderful experience. I got waited on really quickly and the employees were helpful and very nice.
Parking: There is plenty of parking spaces even handicapped parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is very easy to get in and out of the building and to get around while in the building.

Noone answers the phone, sat on HD for over an hour just trying to track down my wallet, I live 2 hours away and can't get ahold of anyone at all. Thanks caseys

stopped to fill up on gas after a drive in movie, around 12:45am. just a few seconds after starting to pump gas all the lights went off, seemingly closing up for the night? also saw someone try to go inside and the doors were locked. it was a disturbing experience as it was so late and all the building and outside lights went off, didn’t feel safe. update your hours and policies for this please

Adjust your hours if not 24 hours, and stop lying to people your "computer"system is down. Seen myself after leaving store employees turning everything off. Went twice and talked to an employee directly and both times denied service. Hire security or staff and stop lying g for the reasons you are denying g service. Happens again and whatever authories will be contacted. .. bbs berue or whatever government agency needs to be involved.

Woman working the pizza counter was by far the rudest person ive ever met. I had a question and she refused to walk to the counter told me that she was too busy and that I had to wait an hour and a half before she would come to the counter to help me.

The Woman that MAY be one of the lead people (Or at least acts like it) that works the lunch hour shift back in the pizza area is pure RUDE! First off I am not one to complain & leave reviews but something has to be done & this Casey's needs to know that they are losing business ESPECIALLY around the lunch hour for those who need a quick pick up lunch & move on (Construction workers etc...)I go to this Casey's all the time because I work fairly close to it & MOST of the time there are no pizza slices on the racks & if so very few old ones & no salads or sandwiches pre-made on the shelves either. & is you ask politely from this person to have one made she responds "I DON'T HAVE THE TIME!" and please keep in mind this is during prime time when all of these items should be stocked for the lunch hour!!!!! & that's when I stop in most of the time & nothing (if anything very minimal) is prepared. I believe this person needs to be put through some customer service classes or told to go find something else that she ENJOYS doing.I've actually stood there & watched person after person walk in & look at the pizza racks & turn right around & walk out because of the lack of selection if any at all. I've also been told by other people at my place of work that they have been treated by her the same way. So know one wants to confront her because of her attitude.Yes I will continue to go to this Casey's because of it's convenience & I believe in giving places multiple chances to make it right.... But I just thought you all should know. Take it for what it is.(BTW, I mean no disrespect towards this certain individual, but I also know that I owned my own business for over 15 years & I would want to know if it were one of my employees acting in this manner.)

I work near this Casey’s therefore I frequent this specific location a lot during my lunch hour as well as my co-workers and after today I have to leave a review. The hot/cold food section/kitchen in the back/side of the store is NOT a friendly place to visit nor look for food. I understand people call pizzas in and there are things going on behind the scenes with orders but there is hardly ever any fresh food available. (Salads, sandwiches, pizza etc.) If there is then I have never personally been lucky enough to grab it first or see it for that matter. Then if you ask for a salad to be made or enquire about the pizza/food, this is when I am always met with an attitude or made to feel like I’m wrong for asking. It’s uncomfortable and one of the ladies that is back there is the one that seems to not care how she treats people. I have personally seen people besides myself walk in and look for food items and they immediately walk out because there is nothing there or it’s been sitting for a bit and if they ask they are either met with an unfriendly answer by this lady or just no answer at all. I just don’t think it’s good business for this person to be so cold towards the customers. I had to finally leave a review after today and I’m sure it doesn’t mean much that I won’t buy from their hot/cold kitchen again but I’m not going to be treated that way again and if I can hopefully keep someone else from being treated poorly then that’s what matters to me.

I've never ordered food from this location. I guess this review pertains to the manager. The floor drain in the women's handicapped stall has been missing for some time. It disgusting and poses a threat to the safety & health of the customers!! Get it fixed before you get sued@

FYI. Ordered a taco pizza and it didn't have lettuce on it, tomatoes and chips were all towards the middle of the pizza. We had lettuce so we made due. Noticed when you click on the taco pizza to order, it doesn't have lettuce as one of the main ingredients or even a choice. This might be the issue why no lettuce. Our order said lettuce as one of the ingredients. Hope this gets corrected. Have had taco pizza from this Caseys and have had perfect ones. ?
