Nick (the owner) as stated in previous feedback is a nice guy. I enjoyed visiting with him before I hired them to clean my house on a bi-monthly basis.I decided to drop them as I wasn’t happy with the revolving door of people. That aside, my issue now is with billing. I’ve gone back and forth with Nick on what they say is an unpaid period, but I’ve sent copies of all Chase issued checks for the services in question. Nick has said to talk to Adam who takes care of invoicing. I tried to reach out to Adam and never heard back.Good luck, Nick. but you really need to get your house in order.Service: Standard cleaning

I hired this company to do a deep cleaning. One girl showed up and was out the door in under 3 hours. She dusted around everything. She did not dust the bedside tables or the closet doors. She did not wipe any of the tops of door frames. I asked if she wiped the baseboards, she had not then went back and dusted them. She ruined my shower enclosure by bleaching the color off on a squiggly pattern. She took the finish off my shower head. She left standing water over my entire wood floor. My husband had to mop up the excess. She did not do even half of what she was supposed to do. When I contacted the owner, he told me his partner, who handled damage claims would be back in town at the end of the week. I never heard from him. I called the owner a week after the promised call and was told that the partner called but there was no answer. There was no message left. I received a phone call from some man named Mike from New Tub. He said he would call me later in the week to look at the damage and form a plan to fix the shower enclosure, that was two weeks ago. No call no show. I was offered to have someone come back and to reclean the entire house. I declined. Why would I trust someone from this company to do the job I contracted them to do. I did receive a check for $75. Does anyone know where I can get a shower enclosure bought and installed for $75?

was so disappointed in this highly recommended cleaning co. So Sad. Their idea of clean is not mine. Maybe training would help but they did not want our feedback just payment for a house cleaning that I had to clean again after they left. I have very high standards and they did not work out for me. Honestly, ask someone that has had them recently for their opinion if you are considering them. JMO

The owner Nick is nice, but that’s the only plus… the workers are not skilled in superb cleaning and left several things unfinished. I even used them a second time with a different crew and they were worse than the first crew. I should have to clean after the cleaning company leaves.Service: Standard cleaning

This was our first time using Cardinal cleaning. Very pleased. These two young ladies did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!!!!!!! Will use them again. A very well run business!!!

I hope your cleaning skills are better than your driving. I would never consider using a company that literally risked my life. Dont drive 90 on the highway in your corporate vehicle.
