Took my daughter there for her birthday because we did this last year and she loved it. And the “manager” I think her name was Lexie or something was so rude. And half of the employees are on their phone and don’t even make it an enjoyable experience anymore. Ruined my child’s birthday. Will never take my child there ever again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Staff is always friendly and appear to really enjoy their work. The stuffed animals are great quality with a wide variety and a variety of accessories as well. The store is well kept and it is always a fun experience.
