I met Michelle in 2008 when Box & Go was a tiny store located on Veterans Parkway adjacent to Country Buffet. She relocated to the current location on Robbins Road in 2010. During the last 14 years, Michelle has put her heart & soul to make the store what it is today. Step by step, she’s expanded to include a variety of services beneficial to everyone such as: Canvas Prints, Banners, Invitations/Announcements, Passport photos, unique gifts, cards, etc. Her staff is top-notch, very knowledgeable & friendly! We are out of Quincy, Illinois and we used Box and Go to print our daughter’s first birthday invitations. They turned out perfect and shipped quickly! We love Box and Go!??

Had about 100 copies made, when I got home and opened the bag they put them in every sheet had 5 thick black lines going through the middle. When I went back to have them redone, they gave me quite a hassle, two separate people, they did recopy them at no charge but got all my originals out of order, for the 2nd time, it took hours to reorganize them. Needless to say I will NEVER return to do business here!!

My daughter left behind a couple of dresses after a visit. I wasn't sure what the best option was to return them, especially since she needed them by Thursday. On Monday morning I went to Box & Go. They promptly packaged the dresses and looked up which service could get them to Chicago in time at the best price. I paid, got the tracking info, and the whole chore was squared away in five minutes. I won't be standing in line at the post office ever again. Highly recommend!

I was emotional when trying to send a package to my baby brother who is in the navy and about to be deployed. I was a mess laying things out on the counter asking how to ship it the best way. The ladies (one whom I believe is the owner) were so sweet to me. I began crying and over sharing, which is what I do when I’m nervous and upset. Those girls listened, helped me, said kind words that comforted me, and sent my military package for free. Patronize this establishment. They are the the kind of good people this world needs more of. Thank you Box&Go ❤️

We recently moved to Florida and Box and Go pretty much moved us! Everything arrived unscathed including my mom's china and wine glasses. The staff is amazing, very friendly with excellent customer service.

If you want to print a document out of an email, they will charge you 2$ for each email then additional charge for the paper print. Be mindful and send your documents in one email to avoid the absurd charge.Charging for an email ? how sad.Quality of print is good. People are friendly.

Initially went in because they will help with DHL shipping!!! (DHL pick up is very hard to find). They were so pleasant! I ended up repackaging a gift/small token I was trying to send to someone, taking it out of a previously used Amazon box that “fit” but wasn’t very clean, and putting it into a beautiful new box that will convey to the receiver, “you are special.” Delightful experience!!

My family and I have been doing business with box n go 2 decades. When parcel is missing. One time my parcel was sent to wrong address. It was traced found and delivered to the right one. Made a call to follow up. Very Friendly family business.
