Aaron is the best associate and a reason why I love going to his store! He got me a new phone, at an amazing price and offered to transfer everything and set it up! He really goes above and beyond. Great energy and really cares about his customers!

The woman employee that was working when I went in was nice & at least attempted to be helpful. I visited the store to purchase a new phone I'd received an offer for via text. Let me just say when it says get (insert phone here) for $39.99, you're not walking out with a new phone for $39.99. No, I was informed I'd have to pay tax based on the original phone price. Additionally purchase a new SIM card as well as pay to have it activated & set up. Mind u I should have known better considering the last Boost phone I purchased online the SIM card was free and I set up & activated it for free. Doesn't stop there bc a few days later I receive a text that I was charged some kind of fee. I logged into my account to find they signed me up for the insurance plan which was an additional $8/mo. Why on earth would I insure a $40 phone & why on earth would you just assume I'd want you to without asking? I feel like I was purposely deceived by the manager bc I specifically asked if I were to purchase the phone online would I be charged for all the same fees & he replied yes. Wasn't until I got home that I realized I'd been swindled bc my wife had just bought my stepson a Boost phone and too only paid for the phone itself ?

Pat was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I was trying to do. I had issues with customers support on the phone and he handled everything as it should be. Boost Mobile is a great phone service provider the customer service number has there flaw but I recommend coming here for a phone service and any issues. Couldn't of asked for a more professional person then Pat he really knows what he is doing. TEN Stars for him

Bought a phone for my grandson and tried to activate online but couldn't so called customer support and after about an hour they told me to call back...this process happened 2 more time before I drove an hour away to my nearest boost store, they told me that it would activate in the next 24 hrs. so I drove home and once again waited still nothing , drove back the next day and told me I couldn't get the plan except when activating online and a charge for activating in store. So not happy with Boost at all.

We went there to get help with our hot spot and reserved nothing. It was a waste of time. I don't recommend this place and there customer service sucks.

Was very busy there so busy that I had to leave because I did not have time to wait. Also customer came in and was very rude screaming and yelling at the worker and customers in the store.
