When you go to Body Quest it’s like walking into a really nice gym.I went to see if they could order a Concept2 RowErg for me and David had one in the store. I ordered the RowErg that day, and while I was there I tried the BikeErg. Last week I went back to get the bike. Both orders were delivered within a week. It is pleasure to do business with David, and nice to work with Sean when he delivers. I’m happy I found Body Quest.

I have three words to describe the BodyQuest Store in Springfield, awesome awesome awesome! I have to say the drive from Bloomington was well worth it. That would describe their customer service, their knowledge of the equipment, and their end-of-sale process which included my delivery and assembly, once again, awesome! Their delivery/assembly guys were top notch, they called me en route to my house, they were even a little early, no 2 or 4 hour window like some places give you, i had an appointment time and they showed up right when scheduled. No mess left behind, no fuss, no muss. Showed me the functions of the machine that i wasn’t aware of, and they were on their way. I am so stoked, can’t wait to start using my new elliptical!

We went with the Body Quest Store because they are local and we heard they are the best around. We bought a treadmill and they were very informative and knowledgeable. They were upfront on the amount of time that it took to get equipment and their people installed it with great care. They took away our old treadmill and made sure everything worked. After 1 week the treadmill began to squeak. They immediately sent a tech out who diagnosed it to be a factory issue. They replaced the entire treadmill for free. They stand behind their equipment and services and we are glad we went with them!

No pressure sales tactics and excellent customer service. I purchased a new treadmill that showed signs of possible issues almost immediately. Rather than try to troubleshoot, Dave replaced with a new machine, no questions asked. Sean and Ryan came outside of normal business hours to make the swap and get me taken care of. If I had purchased from a big box store or online retailer, I’d still be on hold or waiting for a follow up email. Very happy that I chose Body Quest for my treadmill purchase!

My husband and I called and spoke to David. He was so professional over the phone and when we went to his store to test the equipment, he explained everything thoroughly. We were even more impressed with the cleanliness and variety of equipment. We did purchase some exercise equipment which came with free shipping and delivery set up, David even explained that if we moved, to call so him so he could help us transfer our lifetime warranty to the future destination. He offered a military discount and upon leaving, he came to the our vehicle and gave us 2 shirts. It was an awesome experience and my husband and I will definitely shop here again!!!
