Excellent experience needed item searched online to verify stock of item. Sales person ,diligent and helpful. Enormous amount of stock in store helpful associates throughout great experience competitive prices with online stores but wanted immediately so did some driving, would recommend highly, can't say enough taking into account this is biggest nearby city and noticed all departments well stocked and friendly staff throughout. Good business model, logically laid out store

I honestly can't say anything nice about this store anymore. I'm kind of at the point where I think they deserve to go out of business.
When you come in it looks like a freaking Dollar General exploded. There's just a pile of starlinks in the middle of the floor like they can't afford shelving. The entire middle of the store has been gutted and just has boxes of flatscreen TV's strewn all around. Even if you buy tech here they never keep anything but the barest stock so forget trying to buy parts or accessories for anything.
The delivery is just terrible. I ordered a gas range here and there were parts missing. When I tried to call the store directly, but calls are routed to an overseas customer service center which is about as useless as I can imagine. Their site said they had the model of TV I wanted in stock but when I arrived they had nothing. I still ordered the TV but then I get a call the following day that its delayed an extra half a week. Honestly I would've just ordered it off of Amazon in the first place if I knew they were going to suck this badly.
UPDATE: They called my wife daily for a week telling her that the TV delivery has not been scheduled. She spoke to someone and scheduled the delivery at least 4 times. After a full week of this we finally just returned the TV and bought it off Amazon instead.
UPDATE 2: Amazon may be an illegal monopoly but they did deliver the TV in 2 days where Best Buy couldn't deliver inside of 2 weeks.

I've been talking to a couple very helpful employees in the store about car audio. Tried calling but of course it goes to a call center in BFE... I then drove 40 miles to make the purchase & schedule install, only to be told it couldn't be installed within 100 mile radius. Was told they are "interviewing" installers. I did place the order, but after sleeping on it and wondering who would be installing.... some kid with only fast food experience? I drove the 40 miles & cancelled the order. The 2 people I talked to in store were great.. but not being able to call the store coupled with no installation were red flags. This will be my last Best Buy experience.

I am trying to do business with local, unfortunately wrong, been order 3 tv hopefully got installed the following weeks, , 3 guys showed up, Tony ( really nice guy) but the guy with name tag Andrew M , he is declined to do it, he said many reasons but to be honest it is really easy to install, just use different brackets, even i gave him option but he refused it, So i cancelled everything even my membership which is $179 / year, for what we spent for nothing, just useless. Don't waste your money with extension warranty or membership, because usually electronics all comes with warranty.
