I was traveling in Springfield, Illinois along Route 66 and a truck threw a stone and it hit my new 3 week old windshield and poof a nasty divot was found in the morning that would crack as soon as I started to use the heater. I saw Auto Glass Systems ad online, noticed it was close to the Cozy Dog where I had some business to do and stopped in for a quote. The price was fair and the employees were very friendly and the repair service was very quick ... and they even cleaned my bug-infested windshield! The best part was the repair was hardly noticeable at all and the price was super great one!!!

They did a great job fixing my windshield that was hit by a piece of pea gravel that caused a chip in it. Very professional and great price. I can't even see where it was fixed!

The owners and employees of Auto Glass Systems are extremely knowledgeable and totally customer care oriented. This is the only auto glass business I will deal with.

Had side view mirror replaced on my Jaguar because it was getting foggy. When the part came in and the mirror was replaced, the mirror causes a loud vibration when closing the door. It was dead quiet prior. I called in and told what was happening. I took it in for them to inspect. They did not want to accept any responsibility or make any attempt to find out what is causing the vibration. I would not recommend doing business with a company that does not stand behind their work.
