I am well pleased with my bed, mattress, and my two night stands. Richard Maioli was a big help picking them out . And he contacted me a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was all right. I am pleased with the store and all of the employees there as they are eager to please.

Ashley HomeStore Outlet team were all very professional, honest and very helpful. They did not pressure me in any way to make a purchase from them. Their delivery team were also just as professional and delivered my new furniture within just a few days from the day I purchased it. They unpackaged the furniture, set it all up and looked it over really well to make sure there were no issues with the furniture. They also took all of the packing materials back so nothing was left behind for me to clean up. I can’t say enough about my positive experience and will definitely purchase more furniture in the future. And the Bonus was finding out that this store is owned by the family of Barney’s Furniture who served Springfield for many years and have always been a very reputable company/family. Anyone who has lived in Springfield for many years knows how reputable Barney’s Furniture and family are.
