They r the best plp and low income even prbly still cheaper without being low income.
Im looking to c if they have reg vet services that would b awsome as well.
Even if u gotta drive from peoria its well worth it and still cheaper yet.

Great price to get animals spayed and neutered. They are extremely busy though. You got to sign up usually a month in advance sometimes more. Cost about $100 to get your cat fixed.
