Go to BikeTek! Had them order me a crank shaft waited a month, heard nothing and then when I called them they acted like they didn’t remember my order. Biketek is way better go there instead. Really anywhere is better the customer service is not good.

My husband and I were on a trip from St. Louis to Wisconsin to ride the Military Trail when my bike flew off the car rack on the highway and into a ditch. We were able to retrieve it but it was pretty banged up. We took it into Ace and happen to get the owner. He looked it over right then and said he could fix it but it would take some time. I asked if I could rent a bike from him for the weekend and he said no need, I will let you borrow one from my inventory free of charge. We were able to continue on our way and begin our vacation. He had the bike fixed as promised on Tuesday and the repairs were more than reasonable. Great customer service and bike shop!

This place is the best. Joe and Rich always take care of me. They sold me the best bike for me personally. I love my Aventure Aventon. It changed my life for the better. It's great for fitness and it's a ton of fun. Joe and Rich know me by name. Again, they take care of their customers. They're not just salesmen. They're mechanics. Some of the prices might seem high, but it's for something you'll have forever. It's totally worth it.Make sure to check out Joe and Rich at Ace Bike shop. The bikes pretty much sell themselves. I recommend everybody get an E-Bike. I love mine. It is Soooooo much fun. Thanks again Fellas.

I bought a new rear tire from Ace about two months ago to use on my trainer because the original tire was a knobby type tire. About six weeks later, I went to get a matching tire for my front wheel so that I can ride the bike outside. The tire was out of stock at the moment, so they said that they would order a new one when they got more stuff from Giant. I called a couple of weeks later to see if the tire was in and it wasn't. The guy checked and said that Giant found one in their warehouse and he would call me when it came in. I went to pick up the tire today and it should have been $29.95 like the first one, but they charged me an extra $12.31 for freight. This is supposed to be a stock item and nobody ever told me about an extra charge for ordering it. I will never buy anything else from these guys.

Best place in town for your bicycle needs. I have been frequenting this place for years and I'll continue to go until I can't ride anymore. Showroom full of beautiful bicycles and so many parts and accessories to choose from. You honestly feel like a kid again every time you walk through the doors. Super friendly, well educated staff and they always got a great story or an amazing bicycle to talk about.
