Rodger has to be the most unprofessional employee ever! He has no problem treating customers with disrespect, always has a bad attitude every time I have had to call the store and I have received false information from him multiple times. If it wasn’t for the fact of how much I have already paid out(over triple the amount they’re worth), I’d send it all back and never do business with them again.

I called to get information on washers and dryers. I told Brittany that I was in Jacksonville and then she immediately cut me off and wanted to give me the Jacksonville IL location number. I was well aware of the Jacksonville location and asked her to please let me finish. Jacksonville didn't have what we were looking for and we were wanting to buy it outright and that's why I was calling them. Giving them one star because I thought it was rude and lazy of her to just cut me off and try to pass me off to the next store without trying to find out what it was that I wanted.

So, with Aaron's you have to have a debit card on file to do business with them. The last 2 1/2 months I've done business with them they have taken extra money out of my bank account on days that were not scheduled. The first time, my account was over drawn. Costing me 31.50. The second time (on the 5th, 2 weeks before my scheduled payment and 6 days after last payment) the caused my account to be in the negative AGAIN. Costing me 63 bucks. So to add it all together the costed me 94.50. I call them, and they cant refund my my money till next week. ALSO. they're aware they cost me almost 100 bucks and wont credit it to my account. I love my furniture but this is theft. And they blame it on their system. Get your sh*t together Aaron's. Poor customer satisfaction here.

interested in a living room group that was advertised but store didnt have it. she did check and other store also didnt have it. i asked when it would be available and was told all they can do it order it and deliver it when it arrives. sorry- it would be nice to see it and actually try it before i commit to ordering. maybe update the website to reflect items that are no longer in stock?

I've leased from Aarons multiple times in the past and have not only paid on time, but paid off multiple agreements. Recently they changed their policies on electronics and wouldn't lease to me because I got a new job and moved. Despite my excellent record with them. Although I still think they are one of the better lease to own stores around, I will not be returning.
